I love this platform for its ability to create survey with ease. The platform is simple and effective with user friendly interface. I love the part where the survey in this platform can be created by just giving a prompt to Ai after which user can further customize the forms according to the need. The forms can also be created manually which is really good for creating forms for unique purposes and needs. The templates available on this platform allows user to create forms faster. I love this platform for its many templates available on this platform. The capability of this platform to add branching question is good. Other than this I love the themes available on this platform. The preparation of forms to be viewed on Desktop, Tablet and mobile is commendable on this platform. I love the ability of this platform to share efficiently on multiple channels. The result of the survey is also reliable and more fast increasing the capability of organization to make decision faster based on the reasonable output of this platform. I love most part of this platform but I feel that the pricing of this platform can be made a little more moderate. Though I feel that the platform is user friendly but I wish that the platform improves its design to make the user more comfortable to access the template more easier rather than the click drop feature. A part of my work involves collecting information before I prepare nutrition guidance or health education programs. I also use surveys to understand eating habits, lifestyle, health goals, and participant feedback. This gives me a better idea of what people need before I prepare educational material or discuss diet and lifestyle changes. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I need a survey tool that is quick and easy to use. SurveyPlanet has been a good fit for this. I can create surveys, use different question types, update questions whenever I need to, preview everything before publishing, and share the survey through a direct link or other available sharing options. It makes collecting responses simple and saves time. I also like that everything stays organized, so I can manage surveys without spending much time figuring things out. When the responses start coming in, I usually look at the charts first to get a quick idea of the results. If I need more details, I can check individual responses or export everything for my records. I use it for nutrition assessments, patient lifestyle questionnaires, workshop registrations, and feedback after health education sessions, so it has become part of my regular work. The platform has been reliable during my regular use, and I have not faced any major issues. Everything feels simple and easy to manage. Overall, SurveyPlanet helps me collect better information, keep everything organized, and use the responses while planning patient education and nutrition programs. I had to save each question before adding the next one, so building a survey with many questions took a bit more time than expected. A more streamlined workflow for adding multiple questions would improve the experience. What problems is SurveyPlanet solving and how is that benefiting you? SurveyPlanet helps me collect information in a much more organized way instead of asking people the same questions one by one. When I prepare nutrition guidance, health education sessions, or patient lifestyle assessments, I can collect everything in one survey and review it later whenever I need it. It also helps me understand what people need before I prepare educational material or discuss diet and lifestyle changes. Instead of using handwritten notes or different forms, everything stays together in one place, so it is much easier to manage. I also save time because I do not have to organize responses manually. When I need to look back at previous responses or compare feedback from different health education activities, everything is already available. This makes planning future sessions much easier. "It was very useful and easy to use." 3/5 What do you like best about SurveyPlanet? My favorite thing about survey planet is how it incorporates an overview of everyones surveys. The only thing that i didn't quite like about survey planet was that it doesnt let you organize your surveys into folders. A feature like this would be extremely useful, especially when you are using a bunch of surveys. Maybe even a place to archive old surveys?
