What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Design options. It would be great if it could be more branded, and enable better use of logos, and design elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

By being able To capture responses in a survey we are able to streamline our swag store and take orders via a survey vs manually with emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
