"SurveyMonkey Makes Survey Creation and Analysis Easy and Reliable"
5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

Best about SurveyMonkey is how easy and reliable it is for creating, distributing, and analyzing surveys in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Many users feel that pricing is expensive and not very transparent, especially because many useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans or annual subscriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Survey Monkey: Very User-Friendly and Easy to Learn"
5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

Survey Monkey is very user friendly. I am 68 years old, not in a tech field, so I was concerned about how long it would take to learn how to use it. It turns out, it didn't take long at all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

When I go on the site, sometimes "pop-ups" show up and it is very distracting, when I login to do something specific in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Tool for Flexible Survey Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I really like the ability to use SurveyMonkey's SkipLogix for directing survey respondents to the relevant parts of the survey, allowing me to use the same survey collector for multiple groups. This makes it possible to collect data from various groups and download it into an Excel file, which is far easier to manipulate than combining surveys from different sources. I find SurveyMonkey to be excellent with nothing in particular that needs improvement. I also appreciate its flexibility for more complicated tasks compared to other tools like Google Forms. Although it's been a long time, I remember the initial setup being fairly easy, and it's still easy to set up new surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

No so many people are familiar with completing surveys in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Surveys with User-Friendly Interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I use SurveyMonkey whenever I receive a survey invitation and I find it to be an easy way to provide feedback and answer questionnaires on different topics. I genuinely like how simple and user-friendly it is, and the surveys are clear and well-organized. It's straightforward to navigate, and I can participate whenever I have free time, which makes the experience smooth and doesn't take long to complete. The initial setup was also easy, with the process being straightforward, allowing me to start it without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

I think everything works well overall, but one thing I would like is more surveys and notifications when new ones are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Built-In Templates and Smart Question Suggestions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

It has a lot of different built in templates and suggests different questions with recommended ways of capturing responses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Its reporting is ok, but I find it a little confusing. For example, if I want to analyze all of the responses and download it into Excel, it asks if I want "question summaries" or "individual responses." I always think I want question summaries but really, I want Individual responses. It is counter intuitive, so maybe add a brief description next to each option to make it clearer. The ease of use of the program is great. Beginners should have no problem figuring out how to use this program. Survey results are great to compare and contrast answers. "Easy Survey Creation with Intuitive Interface"
4/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I enjoy using SurveyMonkey because it's super easy to create surveys quickly. The simple interface is very user-friendly, allowing even those without technical knowledge to navigate it with ease. I love the ready-to-use templates; they save a lot of time and make the survey creation process smoother. I appreciate the variety of question types and the ability to customize surveys based on the feedback I want to collect. The built-in analytics feature is particularly valuable as it automatically converts responses into charts and summaries, making it effortless to analyze results without needing extra tools. Overall, it's a reliable platform for collecting feedback from customers, employees, or users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

One area that could be improved in SurveyMonkey is the limitation in the free version. Some useful features like advanced analytics, logic options, and exporting full results are only available in the paid plans, which can be a bit restrictive for small users. Another thing is customization. While the survey builder is easy to use, sometimes the design and layout customization options feel a little limited if someone wants more control over the appearance of the survey. Also, when surveys receive a large number of responses, managing and filtering the data could be made a bit more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Expensive Yet Convenient for Elder Users"
2.5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I like that SurveyMonkey allows me to send out an electronic survey without requiring users to sign in, which is important for our older respondents who might find signing in a hassle. I appreciate that I can download both single and multi survey analysis, as my surveys include multiple-choice and free response questions. Additionally, I value that the responses are timestamped; this helps me evaluate how long surveys take, ensuring they are efficient and encouraging to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

The price is unbelievable, and I wish that each question autosaved. It’s so expensive I will not renew for the next year. The initial setup was a little weird, especially learning how to save questions and publish a site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Survey Creation with Minor UX Hurdles"
5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I find SurveyMonkey really easy to use and to implement. It's straightforward for both the user creating the survey and the person taking it. The initial setup was also extremely easy. I appreciate the ability to make a master survey and tweak it for different leadership needs, which makes sending out surveys much quicker and simpler. Plus, it offers great capabilities that allow me to really dive into the data I receive and use it effectively for other presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

I find some of the buttons kind of confusing when I try to print a survey. It's not as easy or straightforward as it could be. Copying and editing also take some getting used to, especially the buttons which could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Gold-Standard Tool for Surveys"
5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

Can handle very challenging, multi-branch studies and help you quickly program them. The gold standard for consumer recognition which is also important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

More than ever, we now include .jpg uploads from consumers. There is no fast/easy way to output them all in one command. Hopefully, that is remedied. Also, expect that they will allow video uploads in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
