"Straightforward Survey Creation and Multi-Brand Management"
4/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

What I like most about SurveyMonkey is how straightforward it is to create and manage multiple surveys, while tailoring each one to meet the specific needs and branding of different companies. It makes it easy to keep surveys relevant and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

At times, the platform can be a little difficult to navigate, particularly when using features for the first time. It would be helpful to have more step-by-step video guides or the option to book a support call with someone who can walk you through specific tasks and answer questions. "Fast, User-Friendly Surveys—But Occasional Late Disqualifications Waste Time"
3/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

Survey Monkey is helpful in that you can make some quick money off of completing surveys that don't typically take too long. I've also found the UI and software to be very useful. The speed in their website is also very reliable, and I had no issues with performance. The prices on each survey were also very satisfactory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Sometimes the surveys would kick you out after you spent a long time taking it, rendering it a waste of time. I wish they implemented integrations in a better way to sort out applicants that don't qualify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Benchmark Comparisons and Flexible Survey Sharing That Drive More Responses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

The benchmark comparison feature is what I use the most, it shows how our scores stack up against similar orgs instead of a number with no context. Sending the survey by email, QR code and website embed also caught way more responses than email alone used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Exporting cross tab data into a format finance could use took more effort than expected, ended up rebuilding tables manually anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable tool for collecting feedback and insights"
5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

What I like best about SurveyMonkey is how easy it makes it to create and send surveys. The templates are helpful, the interface is user-friendly, and I can quickly collect and analyze responses. It saves time and makes gathering feedback very efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

One thing I dislike about SurveyMonkey is that some of the more advanced features and reporting tools are locked behind higher-tier plans. The free plan is quite limited. Also, customizing the design and branding can be a bit restrictive unless you upgrade. Overall it works well, but the pricing can feel steep for small teams. "Templates and integration with Outlook that really make work easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

The templates and integrations with Outlook through its plug-in for Outlook for Windows and for macOS. It is easy to implement through Office365 and the user experience is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

The integration with Exchange online and with dynamic user groups is not well resolved. In particular, the integration via API with Exchange should improve: it would be preferable to evolve towards SSO with Enterprise Applications and stop relying on EWS.

User and group synchronization does not allow for real-time updates, and for certain deployments, one cannot rely on the groups generated in the ContactMonkey environment; it is much better to rely on the dynamic groups of Exchange.

The support team is very good and they are dedicated to solving problems, but they encounter technical incompatibilities that they cannot resolve due to the product's architecture and its limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Survey Tool with Strong Analysis Features"
4/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I use SurveyMonkey for making and sharing surveys to collect and analyze data, which is easy to use and lacks difficult technicalities. I appreciate its strong data analysis capabilities and the various analyzing methods it offers, saving me time since I don't have to go through thousands of data for analysis. The ready-to-use templates and ability to filter data to spot trends are a big plus. I find it valuable that it can reach thousands of individuals, even with paid options, and that distance is not a barrier for participation. Setting up was a very easy-going process, despite taking about a month for the whole team to be all set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

I find the free tier very limiting and the paid one can be expensive for individuals like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Surveys Made Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I like that SurveyMonkey is user-friendly and offers helpful tips on writing good questions and email formats. Its email feature is easy to use and helps us understand what we're doing right. The platform allows us to build custom forms with templates and analyze them without spending too much time. The integration with our CRM helps improve customer feedback collection, making the workflow faster. I also love that it's free and very easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

I find that sometimes there have been a few loading issues and some fluke glitches, but they were resolved in a matter of a day. We also feel that the free features don't include everything we need, so you will need to get the paid version. Sometimes, it can be a little bit slow if there's hundreds of emails. "Fast Idea-to-Live Surveys with Smart Logic Branching"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

What stands out most is how fast you can go from idea to live survey. The logic branching feature is genuinely useful, I can route respondents to different questions based on their answers, which keeps surveys short and relevant instead of making everyone answer everything. The response dashboard is also clean enough that I don't need to export to Excel just to get a basic read on the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

The feature tier structure is probably my biggest pain point. Some fairly basic functionality, like removing the SurveyMonkey branding or accessing more detailed response data, sits behind higher-paid plans, which makes it hard to justify for occasional use. It would feel more fair if the free and entry-level tiers were a bit more generous, especially for smaller teams or individual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Surveys, Reliable Performance, easy to access your data"
4/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

User friendly, easy to see all of your data in one place. Easy to perform repetitive surveys over a course of months. We do not currently integrate this into our CRM system HubSpot, but may be something we look to do in the future. System consistently works to a high standard, limited down time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Lack of knowledge when system updates are performed. Once we understand the new updates they are beneficial and they suit our type of business, however they can be difficult to gain an understanding of when you are used to one way of working for so long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Surveys with Powerful AI Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I like the very interactive UI/UX of SurveyMonkey. It's easy to build up questions and options. I also really love the integration with AI, which makes it much easier to handle setting up the service questions for beneficiaries. Other survey platforms don't give the same ease to the developer of the questions. The AI integration can automatically choose formats like MCQs or review types, making the survey process easier for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

The website itself is very vague for understanding and not user-friendly, especially for beginners. It should be more beginner-friendly, similar to Google Forms, so that users can easily understand and use the features. The initial setup of SurveyMonkey was not very easy, and although we became familiar with the features over time, it was challenging initially, and they should work on improving this.
