SurveyMonkey is very straightforward and easy to use, and nearly always has everything I need. Our team also heavily utilizes the Analyze functions of our surveys and uses the graphs and data to create presentations and board reports.
We integrate with Hubspot, which allows us to send follow-up emails to those who haven't completed a survey or form in SurveyMonkey. Generally this feature is easy to use and helpful, though we're just in the beginning stages of the integration.
Pricing is reasonable and competitive.
I haven't use support really at all, so cannot speak on that element. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just a few small things.
1. We are a network for insurance brokers, and they are our audience for everything. For response consistency, we always ask for basic contact information and their company name, and we like utilizing a dropdown list for companies so that everyone responding from the same company will report with the same spelling/variation/format. SurveyMonkey doesn't allow for custom dropdowns like GetFeedback (what we used previouskly), so I have to constantly update every active survey every time we have a change in our companies.
2. I really wish language translation was easier. I know it's there, but it still requires a lot of manual effort.
3. I sometimes find the theme editing a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
