What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using SurveyMonkey, we relied on Microsoft Forms to create surveys and then manually organized the responses to identify trends. While it worked for basic surveys, reviewing the data and creating meaningful reports took much more time than we wanted.
Since switching to SurveyMonkey, our workflow has become much more efficient. The interface is clean and intuitive, so creating surveys and navigating the platform is straightforward, even for new users. The onboarding process was simple, and I was able to start building surveys almost immediately without much of a learning curve.
The **Analyze Results** feature has provided the most value. It automatically organizes responses into charts and summaries, making it easy to identify trends without manually sorting data in spreadsheets. The reporting tools have saved me time and helped me make decisions faster.
Performance has been reliable, and I haven't experienced any issues with creating surveys, collecting responses, or accessing results. While I haven't needed many integrations, SurveyMonkey has worked well within our existing workflow without creating extra steps.
From a pricing perspective, the time saved on survey analysis has made the investment worthwhile. My only suggestion would be to include more reporting and analysis features in the lower-priced plans and make the monthly subscription option easier to find during checkout.
I haven't needed to contact customer support because the platform has been easy to use from the beginning. While I don't regularly use the AI features, the built-in analysis tools provide helpful insights that reduce the amount of manual work needed to interpret survey results. Overall, SurveyMonkey has made collecting feedback and analyzing data much faster and more efficient than the tools we used previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
