I really like the ability to use SurveyMonkey's SkipLogix for directing survey respondents to the relevant parts of the survey, allowing me to use the same survey collector for multiple groups. This makes it possible to collect data from various groups and download it into an Excel file, which is far easier to manipulate than combining surveys from different sources. I find SurveyMonkey to be excellent with nothing in particular that needs improvement. I also appreciate its flexibility for more complicated tasks compared to other tools like Google Forms. I find SurveyMonkey really easy to use and to implement. It's straightforward for both the user creating the survey and the person taking it. The initial setup was also extremely easy. I appreciate the ability to make a master survey and tweak it for different leadership needs, which makes sending out surveys much quicker and simpler.
