Changing a question part way through a survey can't happen, and while I understand that, I didn't realize it at first! Perhaps making it more clear so I don't have to contact support. Particularly with high-importance surveys and response forms, respondents appreciate the knowledge that their response was received, as well as the option to receive a copy of what they said. It would be helpful if the interface and submission screen could be customized for each form. This was the first survey I had created in several years, and it included some complexities -- questions that applied to only a subset of respondents based on their answers to previous questions. With a small number of responses to some questions, that would have provided a more realistic view of the results. In addition, it would be helpful to have a "test" mode, where someone other than an administrator could take the survey before it goes live.
