It's my go-to for any forms and surveys, with advanced features that simplify organizing the logic and response collection. I like its simple interface and ease of use. Some examples off the top of my head of what I've used SurveyMonkey for at work include electronic ballots in place of physical ones for conferences, evaluation surveys from attendees and exhibitors of conferences, etc. The response showcase is also appealing and easy to share with colleagues. The setup was very easy, as it was pretty intuitive and I didn’t need to read extensively on how to use its functions. **What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?** I have had issues with adjusting the built-in charts that were displayed from collected responses. The adjustments were finnicky and I was unable to reverse some changes, which was frustrating. I reached out to SurveyMonkey's support team on how to restore my original charts before the adjustment and they told me that it is unfortunately non-reversible for some reason. If I had known that, I wouldn't have played around with the chart as much as I had and just used the preset one that was provided. It also took them a while to answer my question which was not their fault, but of course, frustrating as well.
