I like that it is very easy to create surveys and share them with participants. The platform is user-friendly, and I don’t need technical skills to design questions or analyze responses. It helps me get feedback fast and in an organized way.

Some of the more advanced features are only available in higher-priced plans, which can be limiting for small teams or individual users. Sometimes the integration with other tools is not as smooth as expected, and the customization options for design could be more flexible.

I wish we could add more users without the premium account feature. I wish that we could add more users or swap users out.

1. The UI is very friendly, and I can create surveys quickly without needing technical skills.
2. It automatically displays charts, graphs, and filters, and it supports exports (Excel, PDF, CSV), which makes the analysis process simple.
3. It also enables smooth collaboration across different platforms (Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Sheets), which makes the overall workflow even more productive.

It's pretty easy to create surveys. You can mostly walk your way through it and it also has prompts to provide you with some guidance and best practices. Recent improvements have made it even easier to use with templates and better results reporting. It even creates graphs for presentations when it comes time to report on your survey results.

**What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?**

Knowing which features we can access with our chosen plan. They are shown on the dashboard but when you click on them is says only available with an updated plan.

**What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides an easy way for us to collect feedback on proposed route changes. Nobody wants to come to an in-person meeting and it's even getting hard to have a virtual meeting to collect feedback. Putting a survey link online and sending out emails and posting to social media is a low-cost but effective way to solicit feedback upon which we make important service decisions.

I like SurveyMonkey because it is quick and very easy to set up , I can create a patient feedback or intake form in minutes without any technical help. Implementation was smooth and it fitted into our clinic workflow right away. I use it almost every week for patient feedback, follow-ups, and occasional diet surveys. It has the features I need ready templates, response tracking, automated reports, and basic logic so collecting and analyzing responses is simple. It also connects easily with email and Google Sheets, which makes organizing results and sharing them with the clinic team fast. Overall, it saves time and helps me improve patient care and diet plans based on real feedback.

I face a few practical issues. Sometimes response limits stop surveys when the clinic is busy. Survey Monkey is a useful platform for creating tests, surveys, and questionnaires to gather feedback from customers on a broad scale. I have used it a couple of times with the free account to gauge the preferences of the clients at the company where I work. The free plan allows access to a limited number of questions, but with the paid plans, it is possible to create much longer and more comprehensive surveys. I did not need to contact customer support during my experience, but I know others who have used it and found the service to be quick and helpful. Survey Monkey offers a software that is easy to implement and integrates well with other programs, such as email clients, making it simple to distribute surveys to a large audience.

I wish there were a few more options available with the free plan. Aside from that, I consider Survey Monkey to be a high-quality service.

The platform is thoughtfully designed to support rich, flexible data collection workflows. Being able to embed videos, images and other rich media directly into surveys is incredibly valuable when i need participants to react to visual stimuli or evaluate UI prototypes. It adds an experimental rigor that plain text questions simply cant provide. I also really like how easily surveymonkey forms can be embedded into websites.

I dont have any real dislikes. Everything i have used far has worked smoothly.

The multilingual functionality is a big win. When i'm running cross regional studies or collecting training data from diverse user groups, the ability to create translated versions of a survey without managing multiple separate forms saves a tone of time and reduces errors. The mobile friendly design is essential. Whether i'm collecting responses in person, doing field testing or just checking in o progress n the go, the mobile experience is smooth and reliable.

Survey Monkey's platform feels somewhat outdated, with workflows that aren't as intuitive as they could be. It doesn't seem to anticipate the needs of either survey creators or participants, which can make the process less engaging and helpful. The templates also appear old-fashioned and do not adapt to the specific goals of the survey creator, which is a drawback. Integration with other applications that can use the data acquired from Survey Monkey is not very deep and only integrates with a few platforms. Additionally, the data analysis features are quite basic, and making any customizations tends to be expensive. Customer support tries to be helpful but they have limited options unless you plan on spending more and more money.

**What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?**

Survey monkey is one tool I use that doesnt judge me when i'm building a survey at 9PM because a VP suddenly had an urgent idea. It is reliable, fast and doesnt make me click through 17 menus just to ask people if they are happy. the analytics dashboard is also a lifesaver. it turns a mountain of responses into neat charts that makes me look way more put together in leadership meetings that i sometimes feel. No pivot tables, no tears, just clean insights.

**What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?**

the dislikes are more like annoyances, nothing that makes me reconsider using it, just enough to roll my eyes in a friendly way.

**What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

what problem solving i really appreciate about surveymonkey is how little effort it takes to go from " i need feedback" to actually having the data i can act on. The UI is great, the templates are solid and i dont need to coach my team members on how to use it,  they can build and launch surveys on their own. The reportings are just wow. i can skim the dashboards, spot trends quickly and pull insights without doing a lot manual cleanup.

I mainly love SurveyMonkey's intuitive design that allows quick survey creation. We can tailor questions, add our company logo, and use all the features as a team. The tools to visualize data are very intuitive too. From all our surveys, we're also able to use various reports, customize the graphs and present them to our executive team.

Their customer service was not very helpful. I only used it once so this might not be representative of everyone's experience, but I did not appreciate the way it's handled. As a client, you have to go through an AI chatbot before being able to exchange emails with actual people. 

It would also be great to have a way to put the same survey in different languages (users being able to choose their language within one survey) instead of making separate surveys in different languages. Being a global company, this feature would help us a lot.

**What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?**

It's easy to set up a survey and customize it, and it's easy to download the data. I love that we can copy a past survey and update title and other content - makes new surveys very quick to create. Downloading the data to Excel is great and saves time in creating charts to share results. This year, we upgraded to use the alternative language feature which overall has worked well (a few things need improvement there but it's a good start). Customer support was helpful in guiding us in setting up the translations.

The alternative language modules need some work - it's not very obvious to survey takers where to switch the language, and the process for how to upload translations wasn't super clear.

- Ease of usage! Like creating a survey is basically very easy!
- You have multiple types of survey implementations like creating from scratch, which probably no one uses..
- Other types are creating surveys with AI's help, using already existing template and some others as well!
- I personally like the prompt one, I basically give a prompt of what is my motive, topic and some detailed context of my motive and boom!! I get what I needed within no time!
- I used to use it frequently when I was in colleage and also some of my current colleagues use it for getting some opinions!
- Integrating with Slack was the best one I should say! Once integration is done, we basically train it with all the required details and then we can even create such surveys which we're unaware of!! Very helpful!

**What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?**

- Reason for my title is the costing of the tiers. Team Advantage is around 30 euros which is approximately equal to >3000INR and Team Premier is around approx 8000INR. Very costly! I'd have been a continous user if they gave a second thought on this costing!
- Once, I tried utilizing the reports and then got to know that I can utilize the reports ful fleged only if I export.
- Also, Free tier should be in such a way that you should be able to utilise the free features without any issue but here you're basically kind of given quota of how much you can use the free tier. Wasn't expecting that!

**What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Easy Integration with limited tools
- Guide / Help in building professional surveys with integrated AI technology for faster creation.
- Platform dedicated only for Surveys!

These are definitely benifitting but would've been more happier if there was more of free tier than current limitations of features.

It offers ready-made customer satisfaction surveys and it's really fast to create surveys even with no experience. It has also good analytics tools, visual charts and filters are very helpful. Customers can easily fill surveys on mobile, so this boosts completion rates.

**What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?**

It might feel quite expensive if you’re running a small business with low survey volume. It's not designed for real time feedback.

**What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has proven to be very useful for me in running some customer satisfaction surveys. Our priority was to get consistent client feedback after sessions or project delivery and it was especially useful for improving customer experience and identifying recurring issues.
