Qualtrics has a lot of great features for customized questions based on previous questions (e.g., girls get different questions than boys). The ability to create multiple collectors and easily clear collectors is nice. The preview functionality is also an upside. **What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?** One of the downsides of using SurveyMonkey is some of the advanced branching logic - there are limitations with revealing certain questions after a responder answers a certain way on the same page, for example. And while it's easy to get the hang of eventually, it does take creating a few surveys to really have an idea of where to go for what. Their free and paid options are good to start. However, their enterprise version is several steps up. I appreciate the integration with apps like Tableau and PowerBi for visualizations. Also, in the designing phase, they have a collaborator mode that helps teamwork while designing a survey. **What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?** I believe SurveyMonkey is a well-established software, and although it is not related to the enterprise version, I think they could do better with their panel service. I prefer to have an all in one software. However, depending on the market, there is time we need to partner with more robust panel providers to reach the target we need. **What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?** SurveyMonkey helps us obtain better information about the client's experience. We have also used it for product and ad testing and employee satisfaction surveys.
