An example is data exportation. It is the only thing I like. Everything else is absolutely terrible. **What do you dislike about SurveyLegend?** TERRIBLE interface and they charge for every single basic feature (even worse, when you upgrade, they then try to force you to upgrade AGAIN for things that should be in the free version, let alone the first tier of the paid version--like text fonts, etc.). I ended up paying for the Business version (just for the picture ranking feature) and it is so terrible! The survey doesn't even show the insights correctly! I ended up spending hours and hours to correct the incorrect insights their survey analytics feature provided--essentially, the way they show the analytics is inconsistent across each respondent so it is very difficult to understand what answer someone actually selected on the survey. For example, I listed a range of times to get the availability (i.e. schedule) of each respondent. I then looked at the individual analytics. Some people's responses listed all of the time options provided in the question with check marks, other responses listed only 3 out of the 20 times and one of those 3 options would be checked. This makes absolutely no sense. How in 2023 is it possible to create such a terrible and inconsistent interface?? I will be pursuing a full refund. If I could at least "read" the written responses (they gets cut off), so I could take screen shots, that would have helped. But, now I'm forced to upgrade after the fact. If you had to pay for the survey, or limited the number of responses you could receive, this wouldn't be an issue. Acceptance of currencies other than dollars would be great. The date filter in the live-analysis tool did not work well for questions that were updated. Moreover, the user have lots of options for creating multiple types of questions (mult-select, text, etc). Also, I use it a lot in Hebrew which is a right-to--left langauge and from all of my tests, surveylegend is the best product in that category that supports RTL in a good way. **What do you dislike about SurveyLegend?** The user interface is quite simple and a little bit childhood for my opinion, also, when trying to add a business logic to a survey, I sometimes find myself having lots of issues and it takes more time than I usually plan to. I think this feature has to be revised. It should be fairly simple to create basic logic such as displaying spesific questions for spesific users based on phone number or country. **What problems is SurveyLegend solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to create surveys easily and to distribute it to my colleagues very quickly. We only send 2 surveys a year and can't justify the big cost of other programs. **What do you dislike about SurveyLegend?** You're not able to export graphics into PDF documents. I'd really like to be able to export the pie charts that show results in a straightforward way. Also it would be great if you could click on a response and link it to the user or other responses from the same user. **Recommendations to others considering SurveyLegend:** I highly recommend it.
