Say for example, you would like certain scores to see certain thank you pages so you can provide tips and tricks where they require help in certain areas. I also liked the option to be able to give a honest review to access 1 free week of the pro version. Surveys are easy to setup and graphics are really nice. **What do you dislike about SurveyLegend?** A shame it is not available on the phone and no App either. I don't often carry my tablet and don't really use a laptop so that was inconvenient for me. I'd like to be able to check my survey on the go and not only at home. You also need to sign in everytime, which can be a bit annoying. Regarding the survey results, you can see all answers on the graphs with the free version, but it only gave me access to 1 individual response so I still had to request a pro version to be able to read some of the individual comments. **What problems is SurveyLegend solving and how is that benefiting you?** SurveyLegend allowed me to collect data from parents in my community to support a request to the local school. When I switched from QuestionPro to SurveyLegend, the first and foremost feature I was looking for was the ease of implementation and variety of features. SurveyLegend made it really easy for me to create an account within minutes and start making really cool surveys to be filled in by my team as well as outside members and prospects through e-mails, texts and more. My sales team lacked while using certain automating platforms such as HubSpot Sales Hub, so during a survey one of our responses suggested to use Sales Hub and we are truly grateful to SurveyLegend for letting us create and organize such surveys. **What do you dislike about SurveyLegend?** SurveyLegend lacks some customization features such as presence of YES/NO sticker in surveys. I was not able to add Yes/No sticker along with further reason in my surveys. For instance, I wanted to extend the further survey like "Yes or No?" and "If Yes, where?". SurveyLegend can focus on adding some customization features. Obtaining results after completion of the surveys at times does not work properly, like some of the response are missed out. **What problems is SurveyLegend solving and how is that benefiting you?** SurveyLegend has been a great platform for us to acknowledge the feedback and responses from various sources such as our team, prospects and more.
