The best thing of Surveylab is it offers powerful data analysis and question branching capabilities. It also integrates well with email marketing system and provides a question library for me to choose from. My one complaint about SurveyLab is that it doesn't have a pay-as-you-go plan. I prefer to pay for tools as I use them, so I don't have to commit to a monthly or annual subscription. Definitely the range of different types of questions (and easily implemented) that I can create by just drag and drop, plus customizing the colour schema and everything. They have a ton of features that make creating surveys super simple and intuitive, we use surveylab weekly to send various surveys both internally and to clients. The best thing I like about SurveyLab is the report that it generates after the survey's or questionnaires which makes it unique and best product in the market. The least thing that I can tell is about the pricing which is going to be really a pain for people like me who is a freelancer and cannot afford as much as a business owner which makes it difficult for people like me to afford such a best survey tool but though it offers the services which defines their pricing.
