What do you like best about SurveyLab?

Survey lab lets you create an amazing survey experience for your respondends. The customization options available are innumerable, it also has multi-lingual capabilities which is one of its USPs. One major problem i faced with other survey softwares was of compatability across devices and browsers which surveylab made it a breeze for me, it works seemlessly acorss browsers and devices. What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

There's really nothing I dislike about the software, we have saved many man-hours post migrating to survey-lab. My entire team is in awe of the software and its functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a product that would given us multi lingual capabilities since the project we were working on had respondednts across different geographies. SurveyLab had provided us with customization which made our work a breeze and we were able to collect data across geographies . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometime while creating surveys the dropdown tabs get stucked at a particular point not sure beacuse of the internet but it troubles to submit . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was working with the Delhi government on a research project where we had to reach out to citizens, institutions and SMES for feedback on our concepts. Surveylab really helped me in reaching out to a wide audience and collect feedback. Post that, its analytics tool helped me in generating insights from the data as well. What do you like best about SurveyLab?

Its has a really simple user interface and while its easy to sign up for it, the best feature is its analytics tool which helps you generate really cool insights. Thats something missing on other platforms such as google forms or Surveymonkey etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

Sometimes data collection became an issue as respondents were not used to this platform and they were used to famous survey tools such as google forms etc, hence respondents had to sometimes be trained for filling the survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

Main problem getting solved is generating meaningful insights from data collected because data is useless until we generate insights from it. Also most of the times, the person running the survey campaign is not so proficient in analytics tool to generate insights. This tool solves this major hurdle and gives a solution without any issue.
