What do you like best about SurveyKiwi?

surveykiwi is a panel to create surveys that allow us to investigate the market and thus also use the system within the company with options to investigate the areas within the organization to see how employees are in their position and which can be improved, The tools are basic, which makes it much easier to use attractive surveys and allows distributing and receiving analysis of the answers, allowing us to know the good and bad of the company. It is very easy to use and necessary to know how the market and your customers are, we are happy to have implemented this system, since we have received positive responses.

What problems is SurveyKiwi solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about SurveyKiwi?

Survey Kiwi is more professional compared to SurveyMonkey in my opinion. Because Survey Kiwi lets you create unique and most customizable surveys in mobile app and reward your users for the feedback they give you about your service, product or brand. What do you dislike about SurveyKiwi?

It is a small company with about 10-15 employees so their support team and tech team are slow. But so far I don't have any problems with the service. It takes up to 48 hours for them to reply but that is not too bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurveyKiwi?

I like that the surveys are easy to set up. You can ask as many or as little as you like. You can ask detailed questions or straight forward ones. It lets you include demographics, age, family life, careers, etc about the survey takers background, which is critical in my line of work. You can also fine tune questions so that they lead into the next. The survey can be short or long based on need dependency. All of these have really helped to figure out our core customer group. What do you dislike about SurveyKiwi?

I do not like that the results can be difficult to parcel out, depending on which department or sector of the business that i need to read them. For example. if I asked shipping only questions, it is hard to get shipping on results to that department. I do not like this at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ask for a direct customer support rep so that they know what you use the surveys for. Even then, it is difficult to work with their very limited suport department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyKiwi solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having trouble figuring what our core demographic was for customers outside of our area that our route drivers were on. They were basically guessing, we didn't want to ask over the phone and in general it was a biased assumption on our part.
