A part of my work involves understanding people's eating habits, lifestyle and health goals before planning diet-related guidance. I also collect feedback and responses for health education work and content ideas, so having a simple way to ask questions and review the answers is useful for me. I found SurveyKing easy to work with, especially when setting up a survey from scratch. There are enough question types to keep the questions from feeling repetitive, and the builder makes it easy to change things as I go. I also like the logic option because I can show a follow-up question based on an earlier answer. Sharing through a web link, QR code, or email is simple, and I can choose whichever works better for the people I am sending it to. The results are also easy to review once responses start coming in. The location and demographic options are also useful when I want to see where responses are coming from and compare responses across different groups or areas. The filters and reporting options are useful when I want to look at a particular set of responses instead of checking everything one by one. Overall, the main features I have used have worked well and made it easier for me to create, share and review surveys. **What do you dislike about SurveyKing?** The interface feels a little old-fashioned in a few areas. It is still easy enough to use, but a cleaner and more updated look would make creating longer surveys more comfortable. Also, I think an AI helper would be a useful addition. It could help with things like getting question ideas or putting together a first draft of a survey. **What problems is SurveyKing solving and how is that benefiting you?** I often need to collect information about eating habits, lifestyle and health goals before working on diet related guidance. SurveyKing gives me a simple way to put these questions in one place instead of collecting answers separately. I also find this useful when I need feedback for health education work or content. After people fill in the survey, I can go through their answers and get a better idea of their habits, preferences and the areas they may need help with. It is easier than keeping answers in different places, and I can use the information when deciding what to focus on next. ### 2. This platform can be commended for its location intelligence which provides demographic, location and competitive information which can assist a lot in strategic decision making. This platform also provides scope for collaborative work as access can be granted. Other than this I also love the templates of this platform which is really detailed. **What do you dislike about SurveyKing?** I love most part of this platform but I wish that this platform had more features to easily share the questionnaire. I also wish that more features could be added to make the questionnaire more powerful and attractive. Though I feel that the price is less, I feel the price is still a bit high looking at the feature so upgrading the features would be helpful.
