The fact that it allows you to create Accessible surveys with extremely complicated conditional logic, is highly customizable, supports the most common front end javascript frameworks, and is open source to boot! And on top of that, the customer support is second to none! I have been extremely pleased with the turn around time on any of the support tickets that I have raised, and the answers provided have been very detailed (with examples) and helpful.
