I am personally blown away by how amazing the product is. We were looking for a solution to allow us to not rely on form building companies and SurveyJS fit the bill. We started implementing it and had a few questions so we submitted a support ticket or two. The support is fantastic. They are amazingly helpful and also very fast to reply. I wish more companies were like SurveyJS and I can't wait to see what SurveyJS releases in the future because I'm going to be a life-long supporter! I also think they should charge more for their Survey Creator to help fund future products because their team is great. We now use SurveyJS every single day and it was very easy to integrate. The fact that it allows you to create Accessible surveys with extremely complicated conditional logic, is highly customizable, supports the most common front end javascript frameworks, and is open source to boot! And on top of that, the customer support is second to none! I have been extremely pleased with the turn around time on any of the support tickets that I have raised, and the answers provided have been very detailed (with examples) and helpful. The product is really flexible and easy to use and implement, and their support is just incredible.

SurveyJS is a versatile form management library. I particularly appreciate the high level of customizability it offers. There is a wide array of interfaces provided, allowing adjustments to be made according to the specific needs of each project. The clean and detailed documentation is further supported by (code) examples and articles on specific topics making the application straightforward. The support is reliable and responds promptly. It has been a little bit of a struggle to implement and some documentation has been outdated but with great customer support, all our issues have been solved quickly. Used SurveyJs for my start up. As a start up, we are short-staffed, and each one of us has a lot on our plate. SurveyJs proved to be a saviour.
