I have been unsuccessful many times on SurveyGold because of one different answer. I have been disqualified for a lot less. I know it's hard to make an easy buck. But spending 20 minutes on a tedious survey would raise an expectation to get at least something out of it. One different answer and all your previous answers are of now value. However, if you are a statistician who requires analysis above and beyond what SurveyGold can provide, we have you covered. I have used SurveyGold for over a decade in Educational Program Evaluations for both attitudinal surveys and data collection tasks. It is hard to point to its best feature as there are several. What I like best about SurveyGold is its flexibility and relatively simple framework which still allows complex survey configurations. It also easily converts results to multiple other software (Excel, Word, SPSS etc.). I am also impressed with the security of the cloud based storage of Survey data. In addition technical support is terrific and it is reasonably priced for a large school district. Surveys in a large district often have thousands of respondents and the flat annual rate covers all.
