What do you like best about SurveyCTO?

What do you dislike about SurveyCTO?

The main issue is the pricing; the monthly subscription cost is quite on the high side for individuals who want to use the service. What do you like best about SurveyCTO?

Easy to register, Intuitive site and easy to navigate and choose topics for research, and research on personal life is apparently the same in all surveys. There are many survey options, and the promise of being quick and direct surveys that reward the time we have to devote to these surveys gives us an incentive. What do you dislike about SurveyCTO?

Surveys always start the same, and always end surveys with the phrase disqualifying for the survey after answering the same questions, which makes us waste time always answering the same questions, to always get the same result. A small change in the presentation of the tool could solve this and save us the time wasted in answering the same question 30 times to not be ranked 25 in surveys that might not have even appeared to us as an option if the answers were recorded in the respondent's profile. the research. Recommendations to others considering SurveyCTO:

I wasn't able to participate in many surveys until the end, but the ones I paid for I received the promised score. The point is that the qualification is a sequence of questions that we answer when registering and we answer repeatedly in each of the surveys and it ends up getting boring, since each survey has a series of disqualifying elements that only the site knows about and the people are interested in answering more than once what always seems to be the same questionnaire. What problems is SurveyCTO solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about SurveyCTO?

The central server system, creation of form to collect data, summary analysis methods, export methods, and editing methods are the best part of this software. What do you like best about SurveyCTO?

Setting up surveys on CTO is simple, as long as you know what kind of questions you want to ask. Multiple question types and it's easy to get your head around which questions should be shown and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyCTO?

When I've made a mistake, the error codes the forms give you can take some digging to figure out, but I've found the community really helpful in working things out. My role is only in setting up the surveys, I'm sure if I got into analysing data I would have to learn a lot more about the platform, but our Monitoring and Evaluation Manager has found it pretty straightforward. Recommendations to others considering SurveyCTO:

If you don't need heavy data analysis, this is perfect. It's easy to set up, and easy to pick up how to administer a survey. If you do need a lot of data analysis, make sure you have someone on the team who can make the most of everything CTO has to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyCTO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Setting up forms on Survey CTO is SO easy. It's fantastic to be able to make a small edit and have that change rolled out to our entire staff team as soon as they have an internet connection.

Having the option to complete forms offline is invaluable. Our team work out in rural Tanzania and this means they can do their jobs so efficiently, and then can upload their forms once they're back in reach of wifi or mobile data.

The community membership option for SurveyCTO served us perfectly. As a small team, we didn't have much budget, so this was a great starting point. We've since been able to level up to a paid account and really appreciate being able to complete more forms each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurveyCTO?

Its best quality is that it was developed to be really helpful:

It allows you to store data offline and then send it to the server when you reconnect.

The flexibility is great, you can record audio, video, take pictures... And even set this to happen by itself when certain questions are reached. Even with dodgy old phones that seem to slow down whenever you open more than two apps, I haven't seen this app crash or freeze.

This is an app that doesn't expect your organization will have the perfect conditions and the ideal tech when carrying out surveys. Instead, with very little to start with, this app will make you feel like you have it all figured out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyCTO?

I have not encountered any real drawbacks, I would only think to mention that whenever I start filling in a new form, it makes me go through the same 5-second tutorial, and I have not been able to find how to stop that from happening. We use this app to conduct interviews with potential clients looking to buy electronics or to pawn their own products. The fact that you can carry it out with minimum fuss and that its simple controls allow you to pay attention to the interviewee and not just to the screen, makes for very efficient but also personal communication. You can also conduct the survey on the mobile platform. We are authorized to give a negative opinion in the survey as well, and this will help everyone as they will get to know the real situation. Desapetsa is tiamvosbé, a little bit of a mess, but the site marks and asks basic questions that will help in diagnosing the necessary characteristics for research. Although the site for new companies in the state that need it is easy to use and operate, it would have been better if the software design were a bit "colorful" with rich media involved.
