Survey Box has been very easy to use. I like that I can use our branding and color themes. I don't have a big technical background, and it's been very easy for me to use. We've been using it to gather customer feedback for some of our rental properties. AI is built in, so it's able to detect user intent. I'm able to use multiple channels, email, text, and website.
