I use surveys both internally as well as for external medical surveys - this tool is great for medical practitioners and MDs - it is very useful in gathering drug related information and perception from Health care professionals. The software can defintiely be optimised further and can be adjusted to add more analytical insights - spider charts, sanky diagrams etc, these can be very beneficial in analyzing various parts of a survey and perception, we can also a few different types of aggregation and data manipulation libraries.
