SurgiX 360 is surgical traceability software for implant distributors in Colombia: importers and distributors of trauma, spine, maxillofacial and orthopedic implants that loan instrument sets and keep consignment stock in clinics. It follows every surgery from order to invoice (request, picking, dispatch, surgery and usage sheet) with the exact lot each patient received. When an INVIMA safety alert arrives, you type the lot number and see in seconds the patients, clinics, surgeons and dates where it went. It also tracks inventory by lot, expiry date and location, including stock held at each clinic; builds the INVIMA traceability file from day-to-day data; includes a field app for deliveries and pickups with photos; and turns the usage sheet into a DIAN-validated electronic invoice, with Colombian accounting in the same application.
