What do you like best about Surfly?

There are lots of co-browsing capabilities available today, especially as Covid has forced us all to be remote. Surfly is different. It enables a business to work directly with its customer rather than passing the control back and forth. Through its capabilities, businesses can not only train their own staff better, but, provide more personalized customer service by being able to go onto the screen with the customer and point out key messages, correct erroneous input, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
