Easy to use. The product team often follow up on feedback and seem interested in improving the product. **What do you dislike about Surfer?** Surfer AI has gotten worse to the point that the tool is unusable. Think: the lamest, most generic phrases of GPT-4 strung together. Readers will instantly detect an article written by Surfer AI. It's not worth pasting research into the 'additional content' box, the token size seems so low it will not remember. It generates useless illustrations (with useless alt tags) for your article that you instantly delete. Before Nov 2023, Surfer AI was acceptable to good. I could easily generate a long article and spend 1-2 hours rephrasing certain sections. Now, I delete 90% of the content it produces. Not worth the price or your time. I understand that AI generation of articles must utilise expensive computing power. However, with such degraded service, you will want to think twice about buying a large bundle. For those years, we've gotten good results. Thankfully, unlike AHREFS, they are honoring their grandfathered accounts. Unfortunately with their 2FA and other protections it is becoming nearly impossible to login to Surfer. **What do you dislike about Surfer?** The new pricing structure is way too expensive for the results it provides. We've switched our writers over to Frase, Neuronwriter, and Rank IQ.
