What do you like best about Surfe?

Surfe makes my outbound prospecting on LinkedIn way more efficient. Instead of manually copying contact info into my CRM, I can sync everything directly with one click. It integrates seamlessly with HubSpot, and the ability to add custom fields and notes from LinkedIn is a huge time-saver. It's clean, fast, and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

I wish there were a few more customization options for bulk syncing and filtering contacts based on tags or campaigns. But nothing that's a dealbreaker Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Surfe?

I do all the direct sales for my company Wonderfish, and I love being able to seamlessly send contacts and leads from LinkedIn directly to my Hubspot CRM. It makes my life so much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Surfe?

Saves you a lot of time by automatically pulling data across to CRM. This makes your job less boring.

What do you like best about Surfe?

like it and use daily. Usually if Zoom info dont have the info for a contact I am looking at on Linkedin I use surfe and they usually have a mobile number or email etc.

Also I can quickly check if I have already contacted a person I am scoping on Linkedin rather than search on hubspot to check and if I have I move on quickly etc..

Its a very useful tool. I never log in I use it on lInkedin only to find hauliers or others that are hard to pin point on Zoominfo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

Why do I need to search again to find a mobile number? Shouldnt it show up the first time?

Also sometimes it will duplicate contacts on hubspot which is annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Surfe?

After trying all the CRMs, we've come back to HubSpot. One feature of the more 'modern' CRMs that we missed was the ability to gather quality data from LinkedIn. Surfe might be more expensive than some of it's competitors, but it's beautifully designed, the data has been the best. And it's just easy to use and makes HubSpot infinitely more valuable to us. Without Surfe, we may not have made the move back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Surfe?

I can easily export contacts from Linkedin to my CRM (Copper). It pulls all relevant information like description, location, title, etc. It also allows you to see if it is the CRM already and link to contact or update contact Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

I dislike that it lets you add duplicates to the CRM if the name and email is slightly different. Wish they had a way to reduce duplicates or go through the CRM and delete duplicates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

phone credits are low and consumed quickly. would like better - more granular - search criteria in Surfe tool so that I can get rid of LinkedIn Navigator (i.e. city search for contacts or organizations). Also, would like better "live" customer support feature - waiting 24hrs for an email response is slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
