How it integrates with LinkedIn, on the profile page, within actual tables within LinkedIn. The automated messaging feature.

Nothing as of yet. Just the lag time to load a page, perhaps.

The easy way to get them integrated. With the Chrome Extention to get the Plugin showing on Linkedin while looking for contacts is great. Easy sync contacts and messages to Hubspot

it is not an alternative for Sales Navigator if you using addititonal software like linkendin automation as there is not direct connection avalible right now. however we using it for contact and message sync at is is good for that.

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

It took 30 seconds to get started. Installation is just a chrome extension. I can filter my ideal customers by all the criteria I have, something which LinkedIn doesn't let me do. As it integrates with LinkedIn and is visible whenever I use LinkedIn, I can use it whenever I need to without leaving LinkedIn to add the contact or company to my CRM.

It's not obvious how I can import the list of filtered prospects into my CRM (actually Google Sheet as my CRM is not supported).

I need to create a list of prospect customers and target them.  Finding them is the first hurdle as linkedIn is limited in search capabilities.

I had been missing something. I told my team, and bemoaned the fact. I had down days. It was that the accuracy of the data I was adding to Pipedrive and spending days nurturing was always going to be better from LInked In that it was from our Zoom subscription - which was not cheap!! 

With Surfe my nurturing is a doddle. I know my data is accurate, my head is up, my pipeline is strong and my days are effective, I love Surfe!

No downsides, truly haven't found one downside yet. Maybe I will but not as yet.

Adding quality, accuare data into Pipedrive. With Zoom we were adding lots of Leads and Contacts because there was anelement of quantity over quality. With Surfe we can be selective on the job roles and titles we know are the right roles, rather than going wider just so we get some type of data on that company in to Pipedrive.

Surfe helps me connect LinkedIn prospects/leads to my CRM and helps me find emails and phone numbers. Its really useful when you find a prospect but would like to make a human connection with them.

After I signed up for the pro plan and paid surfe aske me upgrade again before I could use the credits on my account. A little annoying but was fixable.

Instant setup, just download a chrome-extension and login to Pipedrive.

Less context-switching since it has everything you need right there on LinkedIn.

Feels pricey, but if you use LinkedIn and a CRM for more than 4 hours per week it'll save more than it costs.

It's not designed for it but... I wish it had more automation features - instead I have to fork out an additional $69/month on PhantomBuster.

Surfe is a great companion to prospecting via LinkedIn while keeping a solid CRM data quality, and the enrichment options are so much easier to use than other tools. You get a fully actionable lead in your CRM asap. The custom field inclusion on the LI page is a huge add too. Implementation is a snap. I use it all the time.

This is a nit, but the LI page looks a little goofy stometimes.

Finds numbers that I can't in Zoominfo and Apollo. People who pick up ask where you got the number, which indicates they aren't being reached by others so frequently.

If a number is wrong you can't search for another number and it pulls the first number that it finds, not necessarily the best one.

Surfe is very intuitive and as a sales personn it makes you save a lot of time.
It is also well integrated with pipedrive which was a must for us.
It became quickly a critical tool for our outbound stack.
Customer support was also very responsive.

The migration was very smooth.

The search tool for lookalikes is great.  We love that we can find brands that fit our ICP, and specifically the people in the roles we need to connect with.  And on top of that, it makes seamless integrations for us to upload and connect the data within our Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator accounts.  This has given us a huge jump start, as well as become a massive time saver for us.  Love it.

The extension into LinkedIn is great. I was able to find true mail-addresses and phone numbers, which I used to reach out to potential new clients! The plug-in into Hubspot, automatically creating a new contact, saved me a lot of time as well. I'm very happy about this tool, making my working day a lot easier and more effective!

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

The only thing is that you're unsure upfront whether there's a mail-address and phone number to be found, so you potentially might waste your credits. Would be useful if you only have to use your credits as soon as you know the info is actually available!

I love the interconnected features between LinkedIn and HubSpot. It saves me so much time instead of having to manually log entires and contacts into our CRM. Absolute game changer!

I would like the linking on LinkedIn deals to be automatic if they work at the same company but it is relatively easy to do this manually.

How easy it is to add contacts from LinkedIn into Hubspot, bulk upload and the ability to see if a contact is already is Hubspot from LinkedIn. Honestly is such a game changer, removed arguments about contact owners and just speeds up prospecting so you can really get down to actually getting in contact with the prospects and not finding them

I think its great, its pricey, but worth it

I really like the interfaces/design. The LinkedIn Integration. Most of all the main value of cascading multiple sources for enrichment. Brilliant - I can get rid of many other tools.

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe fits nicely in my prospecting workflow, enabling me to identify a prospect in LinkedIn, get their email and easily transition to HubSpot Set up was easy, and it's 'always on' in linkedin, so I use it consistently.  Integration with HubSpot was easy.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Had a few technical issues in 2022-23 that required reinstallations, but it's been stable since.  Support was helpful.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Surfe to move prospective contacts from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator into HubSpot, where I can then manage outreach.  I also use the enrichment features, and like that it can consume our ZoomInfo credits.

SURFE came as the easiest and most tailored solution to do that naturally.

I find the paid version comes quickly, but it is worth it by time saved and opportunity generated.

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

The interface can be used with multiple CRMs or even just Google Sheets which makes information nice and easy to organize leads and information. Customer service was quick and responsive as well as soon as I had a small problem.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

The only thing I dislike is that I can't mass input accounts into my sheets. If I do too many at once, it mixes up the names and emails sometimes.

My main problem was limited outreach on linkedin that the website limits on it's own. The outreach I'm able to get with Surfe is much wider and convenient to use.
