The billing side of the software is pretty robust, and it is easy to make your invoices look however you need them to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurePoint Legal Management System (LMS)?

The reporting, business intelligence, accounting, general ledger, and docketing functions are all frustratingly sub-par. The administrative side of the software (LMSV) is not user friendly at all and has a very clunky and outdated look and feel. Basic user maintenance often involves making changes in multiple unrelated areas of the software. We had a lot of difficulty with our implementation, and we are still finding errors several years later. If you need customer support you have to put in a ticket and wait for a response, there is no phone based support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurePoint Legal Management System (LMS) solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are not many industry-specific all-in-one software systems (docketing, time entry, billing, accounting, GL, trust management all included in a single software system), and that was the main deciding factor when we migrated to SurePoint from the previous software system that we had been using.
