I have been a lawyer for 16 years and used many different billing programs, and this one by far is the most difficult to use. It needs to be simplified. There are far too many steps to complete to do simple tasks, too many screens, and too many options. We are lawyers, not accountants and the system is causing extreme frustration to us. It is also not user friendly. Most billing programs are intuitive, easy to figure out this one is not. One example of many is that we have to go in and release the time we have entered, most systems have it auto released after a set period of time. The training was also not adequate.
