It is pretty easy to navigate. With me dealing for AR for my firm, I like all the features that are available. I rely on the system daily to work my accounts. There are features available to set reminders, send automated emails on AR. There is is option to save all notes, so other users are able to view what is going on with the file in LMS+. I've also enjoyed the fact that LMS can be access via the web. For the days some are not in office, you can still use the LMS system. It helps with customer support. Or the printers we have set up for the conflict check disappear. There has been times when creating a new matter, the information enter does not save and you have to re-enter. Surepoint is very user friendly and was a big improvment over our last billing/time tracking software. There is a lot of functionality on the financial side for the partners which is great.
