The ease of getting in touch with a HUMAN to talk to! I switched mid-year to Surepay from Gusto for this only reason. We had been with GUSTO for 15 months and never bothered them once. At the end of the year, we had a question, and literally, three months later, we had never been able to reach or contact anyone. Today we had a question for the first time, and we got KACI on the phone with sure pay (I can't remember the first initial of her last name). SHE WAS AMAZING!! Sincerely speaking, as a manager, I suggest you guys pull the audio of the call and listen to how awesome she did. I let two of my employees come in and be on the call because it was about THEIR paychecks, and needless to say, they were a little emotionally high-strung because it affected pay. Kaci was so professional in answering all questions and walking through explanations, even in the face of their frustration. One thing that I'm not a huge fan of or that would be isolated incidents ... if you start a payroll but don't finish it from the final screen. Maybe got distracted or maybe in a small business you decided to pay or do something at a diff. date or different compensation. Until you complete that payroll or void it out Surepay will not send you reminders for your next cycle to be run if you start closing in on that date. I understand system wise it thinks there is one hanging in the balance so why would it remind me to run future ones but still would be nice to help you not lose track.
