The least helpful thing about SurePayroll would be the time clock. I really wish timekeeping was included in the plan; not every employee is exempt. Thus a timeclock would have saved us more time and resources. I do, though understand that SurePayroll has offered us the best price and also has plans which will allow us to upgrade in the future. The most important part of us switching to SurePayroll is Ms. Swarada Dhamapurkar (Sisi). She worked with us addressing our concerns.

The pivotal point of decision was SurePayroll handling all relevant local taxes. QBOnline was not up to our expectations in that area.

SurePayroll forces the city name to a wrong city. Our zip code 97006 was Beaverton. Now, it is Hillsboro because of city governments moved my home from Beaverton to Hillsboro. There was no physical relocation, just adjusted zones. My driver's license, our company state registration, and Federal EIN allocation show the correct city: Hillsboro.
