"Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced"

What do you like best about SurePayroll?

Right now I can't think of anything to mention Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurePayroll?

They consistently mess up our state SUW forms - leaving me with a hot mess. Customer service is prevented from connecting me with their so called "Tax experts" - to the point where I am getting multiple threating tax notice from the state each month. This never happened when I was doing the taxes myself.

They change tax filing frequencies willy nilly, I think to maximize their interest income, and don't help to resolve the issues they have created.

What do you like best about SurePayroll?

Has quick and friendly customer support.

Easy to use and setup.

What do you dislike about SurePayroll?

The auto populated dates are somehow out of sync since they are never correct from the start, although it is very easy for me to go in and change the date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurePayroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

Geolocation feature allows me to give the employees the ability to clock in using their cell phones while providing the location of the actual punch.

I like that it's easier to review before running payroll in order to spot any errors.

I utilize this tool to help with all the technical aspects of making sure our business is up to date with all various payroll taxes associated with our state and federal requirements.

I was concerned if i was meeting all the various tax payments requirements and Surepayroll now allows me to focus on running the business day to day without being worried if I've missed any of the various payments required with running payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurePayroll?

What do you like best about SurePayroll?

All of the representatives are knowable and quick to resolve both issues or any questions you may have.They do not keep you on the phone for a long period of time and you never get "I'll have to transfer you to my supervisor" either. What do you like best about SurePayroll?

The first thing I loved about SurePayroll was the customer service I received. Both when I signed up and when my first payroll was due. I was contacted by John both times and he made sure I was not struggling with any road blocks. It has been smooth sailing with Sure Payroll so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurePayroll?

I have not had any bad experiences so far. I run a small business and I am able to get the job done with minimal effort and that is not something to dislike from where I stand :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurePayroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

SurePayroll is enabling me to pay my employees and take care of payroll taxes at the same time. Paychecks are credited via ACH and employees get paid on time. If I did not have SurePayroll I would have to calculate and submit payroll taxes myself and make bank transfers as well. So, I am saving a ton of time and effort. What do you like best about SurePayroll?

Very user-friendly! It is easy to access everything that you need quickly and the reports are very helpful. Processing payroll is a breeze and changes are easy to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurePayroll?

The integration with the timecard system is not great. I constantly have to fix errors when importing. The timecard system is terrible to begin with. It is very hard to make any changes to settings and such. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurePayroll?

Since April, and numerous telephone discussions and emails, they have not been able to correct an employee problem, who had Sureroll somehow have 2 W-2's set up for 2022. This even after I was given the assurance that we would be put on top of the problem list. We have been using them for several years and now we are very close to changing payroll service provider because of this most annoying problem. And we face a possible penalty from the IRS.
