What do you like best about SurePayroll?

last year - -there were 3 hr or more wait times on the phone. Also they had mis-typed my phone number and could not change it for a very long time. this led to UNBELIEVABLY frustration as I could not get the texted authorization code. THey kept saying the problem was my cell carrier but it was because they reversed some digits in my phone number so it was THEIR fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
