I have had many problems with SureDone. It is not necessarily my favorite program to use. At times problems are resolved quickly, and other times problems go unresolved for weeks. I do like that it keeps all my work organized, and imputing information is clear and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SureDone? I have been using SureDone for over a year now, and I have had many issues with the program. There have been times when the program is down completely, and I cannot complete any of my tasks. It is unfortunate (for both our customers and our support team) that there was a time in 2017 when our hosting provider caused significant instability in the platform. As a result, we invested heavily in our infrastructure and moved to the highly scalable, highly robust Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. In 2018 we saw less than 0.05% downtime. We have also continued to improve our QA processes and driven down software defect levels. You wouldn't even recognize our platform today from an availability, speed and a support perspective.
