I just wish there were more updates to fix these bugs. **What problems is SureDone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ecommerce department **Official Response from Christopher Labatt-Simon:** > We're sorry you had a poor time with our solution and understand why you would leave us a negative review. It is unfortunate (for both our customers and our support team) that there was a time in 2017 when our hosting provider caused significant instability in the platform. As a result, we invested heavily in our infrastructure and moved to the highly scalable, highly robust Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. In 2018 we saw less than 0.05% downtime. We have also continued to improve our QA processes and driven down software defect levels. You wouldn't even recognize our platform today from an availability, speed and a support perspective.
