"The best alternative to woocommerce for modern e-commerce stores"
5/5
What do you like best about SureCart?

SureCart is easy to set up, the interface is clean and modern and it offers many essential features out of the box, like subscriptions, paiement plans, upsells, order bumps, licencing and affiliate management.

Surecart is very easy to integrate and to customise, wether you have an physical product store, or a digital store, you can set up your checkout forms exactly how you want them. The support is fast and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCart?

Some features do not work, like for exemple multiple tax rates. Some features also have limitations, for exemple the affiliate system does not have the ability to pay affiliates directly and it's still not possible to translate it in other languages. At the moment, it is not possible to use SureCart on multilingual sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SureCart is already great—and getting better fast"
5/5
What do you like best about SureCart?

SureCart feels lightweight, fast, and very “WordPress-native.” Checkout is clean, subscriptions and order bumps are easy to set up, and the customer portal is simple for non-technical clients. Webhooks make automation straightforward, so connecting to tools like Make, Notion, or a CRM is painless. Pricing is fair, support listens, and the product ships improvements quickly. In short: it covers 80% of what I need with 60% of the usual complexity—my kind of math. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCart?

A few important gaps remain. I’d love richer reporting/export options, more granular user permissions, and a native way to merge customer accounts (e.g., when an email typo creates a duplicate). Upsell/order-bump events could be more consistent for automation, and more built-in integrations (e.g., Go High Level) would reduce glue work. None of these are deal-breakers, but they slow teams that automate everything. The pace of updates keeps me optimistic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Refreshingly usable, powerful ecommerce for Wordpress"
5/5
What do you like best about SureCart?

SureCart has everything I wanted from an Ecommerce solution for Wordpress. I was frustrated with Woo Commerce, it's bloat and countless plugins required to do so much of what you need to make your store function. SureCart has taken care of all of it. It's also hugely customisable, which is a massive plus. So glad they came on the market. It's relatively new software and continually improving, so that's awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCart?

It's both a plus and a minus all at once — the fact that it's a SaaS means that it's fast and keeps running lean without impacting your server resources. However, I find it a little frustrating that product images are loaded and stored via the SaaS interface, rather than via your Wordpress media files. It just adds an extra step, when needing to access product images for use on the site elsewhere. Not a biggie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The future is bright for Wordpress eCommerce"
5/5
What do you like best about SureCart?

It´s hard to pick one favorite feature. I think it is the purpose driven team behind SureCart, that is on the pulse of time, listens to its customers and pushes forward in every aspect of their game. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCart?

90% of the time feature releases and ETAs are delayed or postponed, which at some point you get used to it. However, when it is eventually released everybody is happy of their high-quality output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Support is Second to None!!"

What do you like best about SureCart?

I am finding SureCart very easy to use and organized in a manner that makes sense and it becomes easier every time i repeat a task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCart?

There is a limitation of 100 variants per product that does not meet our needs for clothing, with the different sizes and multiple of colors. There is a work around, if you want to put in the extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features are still maturing compared to the bloated mess of WooCommerce… But without a doubt, SureCart is where it’s at in the WordPress ecosystem.
