**What do you like best about SureCam?**

First off, I was super happy to have a representative of SureCam consistently checking in with me and my concerns with signing on to a new company, especially with how many questions I had about every little thing - Destiny was a tremendous help, kept me in the loop for almost a full YEAR before our company finally decided to sign on. She showed polite and warm persistence, never felt any pressure from her and she was fast to reply, encouraging with support and just a friendly gal. System itself is super easy to use system, user-friendly. Training on the service is offered, however, I did not find it necessary as the entirety of the website is self-explanatory. First time using a dash-cam service but so far everything has been good. Pricing, in comparison to some other vendors, was reasonable. I have not had to connect it to any other system, aside from our emails for the reporting and logging in and no issues there. The AI system seems to be working as expected, picks up harsh breaking, tail gating, speeding, etc. I noticed a bit of a lag in the camera footage, however, I am operating on an ancient computer so that may solely be on my end - there is not really a way I can confirm. The demo showed by Destiny in our presentation to SureCam worked great - I imagine normal computers from this generation are capable of running it smoothly. Now, when I say lag, I mean almost nonexistent. My computer lags almost anything and everything so I doubt it's a SureCam thing.

**What do you dislike about SureCam?**

So far no issues. Support is helpful, cameras and reporting are working as expecting.

**What problems is SureCam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is actually advising us on how our drivers actually behave on the road and provides useful information as well as covers  us in the case of an accident should we not be at fault.

**What do you like best about SureCam?**

I'm happy with our SureCam cameras, particularly the front and driver-facing ones. They've been invaluable in identifying and correcting risky behaviors from our drivers, which has made them more responsible since they know they're being watched and can't use their phones. We haven't had an accident, thankfully, but I'm sure the cameras would be handy if one were to occur. The initial setup was very easy, and I did it myself. Also, Destiny Ruffo was exceptionally helpful in getting everything started, and I'm glad we chose this company.

**What do you dislike about SureCam?**

The only thing I think they could improve is if I wanted to go back and review a specific time frame, that I could be able to do that and not have to request the footage.

**What problems is SureCam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SureCam improves driver responsibility by preventing cellphone use, texting, and eating while driving. It provides evidence in case of accidents, reducing liability and ensuring drivers are observed, which encourages safer behavior.

**What do you like best about SureCam?**

I like how SureCam lets us know the whereabouts of our 130 vehicles at any given moment. Our account rep, Brock Wright, is amazing, and the features they've added specifically for our company are really valuable. They've been working on the coaching feature to ensure it works with our company boilerplate. Pricing was a huge factor for us in choosing SureCam, and I appreciate that SureCam provides cameras and telematics in one unit rather than having two devices in each vehicle. The initial setup was very easy; they worked with us to transfer our vehicle info, and the installation of cameras was fairly simple as well.

**What do you dislike about SureCam?**

SureCam all in all is a really good platform with lots of good people but we have been experiencing some unknown trips that I would like to see corrected. I assume it is a network issue or satellite issue.

**What problems is SureCam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SureCam lets us track our 130 vehicles at any moment, combining cameras and telematics in one unit instead of two, which was a big reason for switching from AZUGA.

The cost is very reasonable for smaller fleets like us. In addition, they are always improving service and adding features. Support does a great job at following up.

**What do you dislike about SureCam?**

I wish they had 24/7 support. There have been a few times where we had issues after hours, on holidays or on weekends and support was not available.

**What problems is SureCam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They seem to be adding a lot of AI safety features helping them compete with the bigger competatition. These have helped with safety coaching our employees and ensuring everyone is being safe.

We love how detailed the route trips are and how you can specifically request an exact snippet along the route to view if need be.

I wish there was an option to alert me if vehicles are turned on outside of business hours.

We really haven't had any problems with our system.  We had connectivity issues one time that a quick call to tech support had fixed in less than 10 minutes.

I find SureCam valuable for having access to see where drivers are, how clients are acting, and how a driver is doing their job. I really appreciate having the recordings to show actual footage in the event of an accident, as it provides the proof we need. The initial setup was very easy, taking less than a few minutes to install and requiring no mechanic.

I wish the recordings you can pull were longer than a minute.

The Live Website is difficult to follow at times when trying to identify where a vehicle has been along its intended route and where it has stopped along the way.
