Still alot of work to be done with how calls are answered but nothing is perfect and we are always working with them to make sure everything goes smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By the nature of SureCall's hiring and payment scale, they will more often than not employ younger, relatively inexperienced staff members. This has not affected our relationship with them negatively but could be something to watch out for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Surecall has assisted us to reduce volume of calls by through excellent customer service. This has really had an enormous impact on us and the way we handle customer support. There internal management teams are effective at communicating with us including monthly reports and it has been a pleasure working with their team to make campaign changes.
