Able to handle massive traffic during sports events. ### 2. We can customise the invoices so that they are unique to each client and give them the impression that we genuinely care about them. Customers may always go to the subscription management page to see which subscriptions are active and for how long. He has the ability to simply alter his subscription plan and add or delete services. The reporting solution is ideal for us since it allows us to simply tailor each income report. **What do you dislike about Sure!?** Initially we faced challenges in using the app. However, using their help website and a few phone calls to their customer support, everything was workable. It is not a huge issue for us as long as the consumer interface is intuitive. **What problems is Sure! solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilise Sure as a subscription manager so that customers can easily view their active subscriptions, make changes to their plans, and upgrade or downgrade as required. Reports are utilised to assess business operations and provide a solid foundation for our company's future plans. ### 3. Configures complex plans well. They have a competent workforce that can fully comprehend the company situation. As a result, they've created a solution that answers all of the consumers' concerns. Magnaquest Sure knows what it has to accomplish, from reporting and analytics to enhancing operational efficiency. Since the day we chose Sure, it has assisted us in increasing ARPU and ARR. **What do you dislike about Sure!?** We needed some time to get acclimated to the platform at first, but with Team MQ's continuing assistance and training, we were able to grasp the components. Some unique features may take time to understand, and we were able to get the functionality with time. **What problems is Sure! solving and how is that benefiting you?** We achieved the flexibility to introduce multiple Product packages with one time and recurring components.
