"Perfect For Multi-Branch Restaurant Businesses. Lots of accounting integrations."
4/5
What do you like best about Supy?

As an accountant, I used to need to look into a ton of paperwork in order to aggregate numbers, and keep my books in check.

Now, Supy delivers these insigths on a silver platter, and across all our locations / branches.

From cost analysis to stock movements, Supy helps us track what's going on in the inventory, and accross the business, at both a branch and group level.

Supy's integrations are also well built and helped us connect with our existing accounting software.

Highly recommended ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supy?

Supy says that they focus solely on back of house operations, and do not plan on making a POS.

Would love to see Supy's take on a POS though ! I would also like to see more developed accounting features to maybe replace accounting software entirely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"F&B Groups : Supy Will Help You Manage Your Brands Significantly Boost Their Cash Flow."
5/5
What do you like best about Supy?

Supy gives F&B groups the ability to aggregate data from each brand working under the group and push it up as clear insights for the managing partners.

Grit Hospitality manages 3 separate brands, and each used to operate their inventory manually. This led to slow ordering processes, slow reporting workflows, and slow decision-making, ultimately leading to us missing out on key profits.

Digitizing our operations has not only helped us save hours per week, but has also enabled to scale our operations. We now bulk order the ingredients that brands share. We're able to look at the performance of each brand on a daily / weekly basis, investigate, and provide advice.

This is the kind of power that Supy gives F&B institutions. Highly, highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supy?

I'm enjoying working with Supy. The software provides the features it advertises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal for Managing Directors in the F&B sector. Brings CLARITY to decision-making."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Supy?

Helpful platform for anyone leading an F&B business, and a great weight-lifter for teams still using manual processes in their kitchen and operations.

Supy brings clarity to your decision-making processes through its suite of built-in dashboards which cover a series of departments including supplier, inventory, variance... Rather than waiting for a weekly report on Excel, we now have access to the performance of our restaurants at any time, and with the latest data. There is no middle man.

The team on the ground also feels relieved of the time consuming tasks they used to do, such as weekly stock counts or registering any waste. Supy also provides a clear way to register any "stock event", in order to ensure the data going in is reliable and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supy?

Nothing to say for now. We are satisfied with Supy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Supy is a great for managing a bar inventory. Monitoring the depletion and replenishment of our liquors is crucial in ensuring we manage our costs, and Supy provides the accuracy necessary to uncover inconsistencies in our business - from serving larger-than-usual quantities to reviewing preparation methods for ingredients that accompany our drinks. "Great platform that I recommend"
5/5
What do you like best about Supy?

I highly recommend supy. This is a great tool that helps our team operate smoothly, manage our inventory easily, and boost the general profitability of our Chez Wam. Supy's procurement tool helps us order quickly and accurately, and has removed the need for excel and time consuming emails. The rate of errors due to to manual work has reduced drastically, and the quantities we order are optimized. Also, Supy's mobile app helps me take care of business without needing to be physically present to approve orders or review stock count. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supy?

I do not have a remark as of now. Supy has met our expectations, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supy Gives You Control Over Costs. Unique Restaurant Analytics Not Seen Anywhere Else."
5/5
What do you like best about Supy?

Supy centralizes all the database across our restaurants and helps us control prices, suppliers, and items.

We no longer need to manage several accounts for each sites, which simplifies our life and helps us win back significant time - now invested in priorities.

As a group cost controller, I can now review all the recipes before publishing them. Previously, anyone in the business could do it, which led to a lot of chaos. This helps us deal with less errors, overall.

Supy's dashboard are not seen in any other inventory system.

Most of them provide you with raw data, which then needs further processing and time invested.

Supy give you a lot of visibility onto your top 10 items, variance, suppliers, and so much more.

Supy's brought a lot of clarity to the management team and operational team onsite. The interface is super easy to use, and doesn't require training to create an item or a recipe.

The Mobile inventory app is also an important feature for us, which is worth mentioning.

Customer Support is also top of the line. They've supported us through the implementation phase, and continue to do so

"Made for Restaurant GMs! Built-in analytics providing powerful insights. Saves us HUNDREDS of hours."
5/5
What do you like best about Supy?

Supy is an incredibly powerful tool that EVERY restaurant General Manager should have by their side.

First, Supy's built with modernity in mind. The User Experience is adapted to our modern needs in the F&B industry. It is so easy to upload specials on Supy and map it to our other tools. It used to take us 24 hours to do this on Micros, but just 5 minutes on Supy.

Second, several features are key to the efficiency of the team. The built-in analytics save us precious time of not worrying about the quality of the dashboards and their functionality. Supy's taken the best of the market and embedded it into its product, meaning cost analysis, waste, variance, sales analytics are all present.

I can check how the restaurant is doing every morning, and take action whenever and wherever needed.

It's also worth mentioning the quality of the customer support, which proves itself to be constantly available to support you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helped my restaurant cut food costs by 12%. Amazing tool !"
5/5
What do you like best about Supy?

Supy is a must have inventory management tool. The tool specializes in back-of-house operations and has become the center of our decision-making processes. The mobile inventory app helps our team input data related to wastage, orders, transfers, easily. The user permissions are quite powerful and help us keep control over the data input. This helps us visualize the performance of our business using reliable data, which then helps us make decisions with confidence. That's how we were able to find issues and unexplainable variance in our operations, which, after fixing them, led to a 12% reduction in food costs.

I'd like to say a few things about implementation : This is usually the hardest part, but Supy's team made sure to work with us in this process to get us going as fast as possible.

The customer support team is also available at a moment's notice and always supports whenever further help is needed. All in all, it's reassuring to work with a team who you know is here.

I recommend Supy to any restaurant business owner looking to maximize their profits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Restaurant Inventory Management Software. Cuts Food Costs & Waste."
5/5
What do you like best about Supy?

Supy is an advanced restaurant inventory management platform changing the way we work.

The tool is our go-to tool to make data-driven decisions. The mobile app for their inventory product has helped us save a lot of time, namely through their parrallel stock count option, and the ability to input data on the go as stock events happen (wastage, transfer, production...). This has increased the quality of the data going in our system, and consequently the quality of the data we need to look at when we need to make a decision. This has allowed us to identify discrepancies in our variance and address it. We reduced our variance by 8%. The same applies to food costs and waste, reduced by 8% and 22%, respectively. "Simplifies our operations. Excellent for Bars."
5/5
What do you like best about Supy?

Helpful tool for operations teams, notably when there are several restaurant branches to manage. Supy helps ensure that our teams on the ground - waiters and bartenders - are able to input data easily and on the spot, contrary to previous tools.

A consequence of supy's ease of use is the increase in quality in restaurant data, which has helped me pin point improvement areas, and generally speaking improve the flow of operations and the profits of the business. I recommend Supy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supy?

A non-BS product. Does what it advertises to do. Excited to see what's coming next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
