## SuprSend Reviews
  ### 1. SuprSend: Easy to Use with Responsive, Hands-On Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teena N. | Ops, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

Two things made this a good experience for us. First the platform itself is not difficult to use. I am not an engineer and I can navigate the dashboard, set up workflows, edit templates and check logs without needing help. Things are laid out in a way that makes sense and I did not need a long training period to get going.

Second the team behind the product is responsive. During our initial setup we had some questions about how to structure our workflows and the support team on Slack walked us through it clearly. They did not just send us links to docs. They actually looked at what we were trying to do and gave us specific guidance. That continued even after the initial setup whenever we had questions.

Having a product that is easy to use combined with a team that is available when you need them is not something you find with every tool. Both things matter and SuprSend delivers on both.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

A few in-app tips or suggestions when setting up workflows for the first time would make the onboarding even smoother.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a notification tool that our product team could use independently and that came with support we could rely on. SuprSend covers both and it has made managing notifications a much smoother process for us.

  ### 2. Conditional workflows let us personalize the notification experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishesh M. | Assistant Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

Not every user should get the same notification flow. A new user needs a different experience than a power user. A free user should get different messages than a paying customer. Before SuprSend we could not do this without asking engineering to add conditions in the code for each case.

The workflow builder has branching built in. I set conditions based on user properties or event data and the flow splits accordingly. For our onboarding sequence new users get a welcome flow with helpful tips while returning users get a shorter reminder. Free users see upgrade nudges at the right moment while paid users get feature updates instead.

Setting up these branches is straightforward. I pick the condition, define the paths and each path can have its own channels, templates and timing. The visual builder makes it easy to see all the branches at a glance and understand what each type of user will experience.

This level of personalization used to require engineering work for every new condition. Now I manage it all from the dashboard and I can add or change conditions whenever I want. It has made our notifications feel more relevant to each user instead of one-size-fits-all.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

Being able to test each branch separately with a preview user would make it easier to verify flows before pushing them live.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All our users were getting the same notifications regardless of their stage or plan. That made messages feel generic. Conditional workflows let us personalize the experience without engineering effort and users are engaging more because the messages are relevant to them.

  ### 3. Event-driven approach keeps our code clean

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhargav C. | Strategy and Business Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

The way SuprSend works is that our backend fires an event and SuprSend takes care of everything else. Which channels to send on, what template to use, whether to batch or delay, what the user's preferences are. All of that is configured outside our code.

This event-driven approach keeps our notification logic minimal. We just need to send the right event with the right data and SuprSend does the rest. If product wants to change the email template or add a push notification to an existing flow they do it in the dashboard. Our code does not change at all.

We started with a few event types and have been adding more as we build new features. Each time it takes a few minutes to set up a new workflow for the event in the dashboard. The API accepts the event and the workflow handles the logic. It is clean and predictable.

For developers who want to keep their backend simple and not clutter it with notification logic this approach works well. Our notification code is basically a few API calls that fire events. Everything else is managed outside the codebase.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

A way to validate event payloads against expected schemas before they trigger workflows would be a nice safety feature.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our notification logic was mixed into our backend code and it made things messy. The event-driven approach lets us keep our code clean while the notification complexity is handled in SuprSend.

  ### 4. Our marketing team can manage notifications without dev help

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charu B. | Search Engine Optimization Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

I run marketing at a small company and we do not have a dedicated product team. Before SuprSend I had to ask our one developer every time I wanted to change an email notification or set up a new message flow. It slowed things down and I felt bad constantly asking for help on something that should be simple.

Now I do it myself. I log into the dashboard, open the template editor, make my changes and push them live. For new notification flows I use the workflow builder. It is visual and I can see the steps in order. I do not need to understand code to use it. When we launched a new feature last month I had the announcement notification set up and sent within an hour.

The learning curve was not steep. I figured out the basics in a day and have been comfortable using it since. For a marketing person who wants to move fast without creating work for others this has been a good experience.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

A few ready-made email layout templates in the editor would save time when starting from scratch.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was always waiting on engineering for notification changes and it created delays. Now I manage everything myself and our developer can focus on building the product instead of updating email templates for me.

  ### 5. Support feels like working with another engineering team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JYOTSNA M. | Corporate Partnership Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

The support experience has been consistently good. We communicate through Slack and whenever we have a question someone gets back to us fairly quickly. What sets it apart from other tools is that the people responding actually understand the technical context. We do not have to explain our architecture or repeat ourselves. They get it and give us specific answers.

During our initial integration they helped us plan how to structure our workflows and templates for our use case. It was not just answering questions but actually thinking through the best approach with us. That kind of support is rare. Even after the initial setup we have continued to get good responses whenever something comes up. There was one time we had a question about an edge case in our workflow logic and the team looked into it, confirmed the behavior, and suggested how to handle it. All within the same day.

For a small team that does not have a large engineering department to fall back on having reliable support makes a big difference. It gives us confidence that we are not going to get stuck with no help.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

A community forum or shared space where teams can share tips and learn from each other would be a good addition.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small team we needed a vendor we could rely on for quick and knowledgeable support. SuprSend has delivered on that consistently and it has made our integration and ongoing use smooth.

  ### 6. In-app inbox works well across web and mobile

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nayan S. | Sr Sales Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

We needed a notification inbox that works on both our web app and our React Native mobile app. Building that ourselves with real-time syncing, read state management and cross-device consistency would have been a big project. The SuprSend inbox component handled it. I set it up on web first and then added it to our mobile app using their React Native SDK. Both use the same backend so the state stays in sync. If a user reads a notification on mobile it shows as read on web too.

The theming options are flexible enough that I could match our design system on both platforms. The real-time delivery works smoothly and new notifications appear without any delay. I also like that they offer a headless option for teams that want full control over the UI. We did not need it but it is good to know it is there if our design requirements change later. The SDK coverage across frameworks is broad which means it works for most tech stacks without workarounds.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

A few more animation presets for notification toasts on mobile would save some custom styling work.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a cross-platform notification inbox and did not have the time to build one from scratch. SuprSend gave us a working solution across web and mobile in a fraction of the time it would have taken us to build it ourselves.

  ### 7. Visual, No-Code Workflow Builder That Makes Notifications Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shringar B. | Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

I manage our notification flows and the workflow builder is where I spend most of my time. It is visual so I can see the full flow from trigger to delivery. I can add delays, set conditions, choose which channels to use and set up branching logic. All of this without touching code.

We use it for onboarding emails, activity alerts, reminders and scheduled summaries. Each one has a different flow and I set them all up from the dashboard. When I want to try something different like adding a delay before a follow-up or switching the channel order I just update the workflow and it goes live. No tickets, no deployments.

The version history on workflows is useful too. I can see what changed and when which helps when multiple people on the team are making updates. If something is not working as expected I can compare with the previous version and figure out what happened.

What I appreciate is that it does not try to be more than it needs to be. It is not overloaded with options that make it confusing. It covers the use cases we need and does them well

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

Being able to clone a workflow and use it as a starting point for a new one would save some time.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notification flows were hardcoded and every change went through engineering. Now the product team owns the workflows and we can iterate as fast as we need to. It has removed a bottleneck that was slowing us down.

  ### 8. Full visibility into what is happening with every notification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sakshi M. | Construction Finance Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

One of the main reasons we chose SuprSend was the observability. Our previous system was a black box. When a notification did not arrive we had no easy way to figure out where it broke. Now every notification has a step-by-step trace from the API call through workflow execution to the provider delivery response. Engineering can debug issues quickly and our support team can look up notification status for specific users without asking engineering.

The logs are searchable by user which is important when you are dealing with customer complaints about missing notifications. Instead of opening a ticket and waiting for someone to investigate the support team checks it themselves and responds right away.

We also pipe notification events to our data warehouse using the webhook integration. Our analytics team uses that data to track delivery rates and engagement across different notification types. It gives us a level of insight into our notification performance that we never had before and it has helped us make better decisions about what to send and when.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

Setting up custom alerts for delivery failures directly in the dashboard would be a nice feature. We built our own alerting on top of the webhook data.
Setting up custom alerts for delivery failures directly in the dashboard would be a nice feature. We built our own alerting on top of the webhook data.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When notifications failed we had no clear view of what went wrong. Debugging took too long and the support team could not help without escalating to engineering. SuprSend fixed both of those problems and gave us visibility we should have had a long time ago.

  ### 9. Managing notification content across languages is much easier now

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** umang s. | data scientist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

We serve users in multiple countries so our notifications need to go out in different languages. Before SuprSend we had separate template files for each language stored in the codebase. Updating a single notification meant changing files in multiple places and hoping nothing got out of sync. It was messy and error prone.

Now all our templates live in SuprSend and the multi-language support is built into the editor. I can switch between languages within the same template and see how each version looks. When I need to update the copy for a notification I do it for all languages in one session. The version control means if something goes wrong I can roll back without asking engineering. I also use the preview feature to check how templates render across email, push and in-app before pushing anything live. It catches formatting issues that would have gone unnoticed before.

The whole experience of managing notification content has become much more organized and I do not need to depend on anyone else to make changes.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

An option to flag incomplete translations within the editor would help keep track of what still needs to be done across languages.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping notification templates in sync across multiple languages was a constant headache. Things would get missed and users would receive notifications in the wrong language or with outdated content. That does not happen anymore since we centralized everything in SuprSend.

  ### 10. Easy to integrate even for someone with less experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya M. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

I was assigned to integrate SuprSend and I was a bit nervous since I have not worked with notification platforms before. But the documentation walked me through everything step by step. The quick start guide was clear and the code examples in the SDK docs were easy to follow. I had the basic integration done within a day. For someone who is not super experienced with this kind of tool it was not as hard as I expected.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

A few video tutorials alongside the written docs would be a nice addition for visual learners.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team needed to add notifications to the product and I was the one available to do it. The clear documentation and simple API meant I could handle it without needing a lot of hand-holding from senior engineers.

  ### 11. Notifications are finally out of our codebase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

We had notification logic scattered across our backend. Different services were sending emails and push notifications with their own templates hardcoded in. Changing anything meant touching multiple repos and coordinating deployments. It was fragile and nobody wanted to deal with it.

After moving to SuprSend all of that lives outside our code. The backend just fires an event and SuprSend handles the rest. Which channels to use, what template to render, whether to batch or delay. All of that is configured in the dashboard. Our product team manages templates and workflows directly and engineering does not need to be involved unless something changes at the API level.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

The API rate limit documentation could be a bit more detailed for high volume use cases.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notification logic was tangled into our backend code and every change was risky and slow. Decoupling it to SuprSend simplified our architecture and gave the product team control they did not have before.

  ### 12. SuprSend Simplifies Multi-Channel Notifications with Predictable Pricing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

We spent a fair amount of time deciding whether to build our notification system in-house or use a platform. Once we mapped out what it would take to support multi-channel delivery, template management, user preferences, retry logic, logging, and all the other pieces you need for a solid notification setup, it became obvious that building it ourselves would take months—and we’d still be on the hook for ongoing maintenance. SuprSend gives us all of that out of the box.

Pricing has also been straightforward and predictable. We started on the free tier to test things, and when we upgraded it was easy to understand exactly what we were paying for. There haven’t been any hidden limits or surprise charges, which matters a lot when you’re a small team watching the budget closely. Overall, the cost is a fraction of what we’d spend in engineering time to build and maintain the same system, so for us the build-versus-buy decision was simple once we did the math.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

A cost calculator on the website that estimates monthly spend based on notification volume would be very helpful during the evaluation process.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We couldn’t justify pulling engineers away from core product work just to build notification infrastructure. SuprSend gave us a ready-to-use platform at a cost that made sense for us. We were able to get up and running quickly, and our engineering team stayed focused on what matters most.

  ### 13. Multi-tenancy handles our B2B customer needs well

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

We build a platform that other businesses use to serve their own customers. That means every tenant on our platform needs notifications that look like they come from them, not from us. Templates, branding, sender details, even the in-app notification feed needs to match each tenant.

SuprSend handles all of this with the tenant ID approach. We pass the tenant ID in our API call and the right branding, templates and provider settings are applied automatically. Some of our larger tenants use their own email provider and we can configure that per tenant without any custom code on our side. Smaller tenants use our shared setup and everything just works.

The per-tenant preference management is also useful. Different tenants have different rules about what their users can and cannot opt out of. Some want full user control, others want certain notifications to always go through. We configure that per tenant from the dashboard and it is applied without us touching any code. Adding a new tenant to the notification system is quick now. It used to be a manual process every time and it would take days. Now it takes very little time.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

A tenant dashboard that each tenant admin can access directly for basic reporting would be a useful addition down the line.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing white-labeled notifications for each tenant was a growing pain for us. Custom code for each one was not scalable. SuprSend gave us a native way to handle it and adding new tenants is no longer a project.

  ### 14. Straightforward, Uncluttered UI That Makes Email Templates Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kartikey J. | Associate Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

It is pretty straightforward to use. I can edit email templates and set up basic notification flows without asking anyone for help. The interface is not cluttered and things just make sense. For someone who is not an engineer this matters a lot.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

Would be nice to have a few more template design options built in.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to make quick changes to our notification emails without going through engineering every time. SuprSend lets me do that and it has made our communication with users a lot more consistent.

  ### 15. Flexible and Easy to Use Notification Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srinivasan G. | Principal Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

SuprSend was quick to integrate — the setup was quick, docs were clear, and the whole platform felt really intuitive. What really stood out was having all channels, email, SMS, Slack, and in-app inbox, centralized in one place. The in-app inbox SDK integrated seamlessly with our frontend and gave us full control over the UI.
We also appreciated how complete the solution is — with well-documented APIs, multi-channel delivery, template management, user preferences, all built-in.. Compared to other tools we evaluated in the space, SuprSend was the most flexible and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

None in particular, may be the logo :-) :-)

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upon Publishing a industry reports, an InApp notification is broadcast to all users within our three applications. Business users are notified In-App as well as specific slack channels. The notification alert link takes the users directly to the reports in the respective applications.

  ### 16. SuprSend built the email platform I would've built myself

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James W. | Co-Founder, CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

I worked in E-commerse and SuprSend built the platform that I would've otherwise had to build myself. Why is sending emails a hard problem? Because engineers should not manage content templates. We shouldn't have to store content as code and have to deploy all the time whenever a paragraph or image needs to be updated. This gives marketing and product teams the agility to adapt to trends quickly without waiting for slow cumbersome code reviews or integration tests. Finally, engineering only needs to properly populate the application with appropriate API calls with the right template variables, rather than worry about contente rendering, fallback variables, and misaligned layouts for emails.

On top of the basics, SuprSend provides user-initiated opt-out and communications preferences, event-driven email triggers, email digests and periodic roundups, and even a full-blown notification platform complete with pre-built React components. This saves much coding work needed to introduce a rich notification ecosystem to keep users engaged and coming back to our app.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

While SuprSend nails the basics and is feature-rich, some newer features are still being iterated on, and you might find that the UI hard to navigate until the feature is mature.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. User-initiated opt-out and communications preferences management
2. Transactional email content templating, version management, and promotion
3. Environment-based email templates separation
4. In-app notification frontend components, as well as event collection backend

  ### 17. The most developer friendly notification infrastructure provider.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suhaib A. | Co-founder CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2024

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

1. It has very helpful SDKs plus documentation for getting started on any tech stack quicklu and easily. We use the Java SDK for sending notification and the react SDK to show in-app messages.
2. Intuitive and easy to use template builder for email, sms, whatsapp and inapp notifications.
3. Good support for a variety of vendors. We can pick and choose our email, sms and whatsapp vendors which gives us the ability to support any of our customers' exisitng vendors or pick the most suitable one.
4. Support for multitenancy is a god send!
5. The support on the slack channel is very good. They guide us for an easy implementaiton.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

Currently, the multitenancy is supported on a few channels like email and sms. It would be great if we had multitenancy for all channels.
AFAIK, this is in pipeline. So, fingers crossed!

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building a B2B SaaS for accounting firms to manage and automate their practice. This required sending email, SMS, Whatsapp and inapp notifications regarding invoices, tasks and comments. SuprSend proved to be a one-stop solution for all of our notification needs.

  ### 18. Comprehensive Multi-Channel Notifications Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2024

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

Suprsend has streamlined how we handle notifications. It’s a centralized system, which means we’re not wasting time building or maintaining multiple solutions. Platform is intuitive and scales with our usecases, which is exactly what we need. We’ve already launched notifications via Slack, email, text, and in-app feed, and everything has been smooth so far. The in-app feed also looks great right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

The initial setup took around two weeks with two developers, which was a week longer than we hoped. That said, now that it’s in place, adding new notification channels and workflows is much quicker and easier—the platform is seamless to use.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suprsend has freed up engineering time to focus on core product. We don’t have to worry about building & maintaining a complex notification system anymore. Capabilities like batching, multi-tenancy and user preferences are available as our needs evolve. Integrating SuprSend into our infrastructure has been a smart move that’s paid off.

  ### 19. Custom in-app inbox, personalised feed and email notifications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

I recently integrated SuprSend into our system to build a custom in-app inbox featuring system notifications and a personalized feed for users. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, especially when compared to other notification systems I've used in the past.

Pros:

Ease of Integration: Setting up both the frontend and backend components was straightforward. Everything worked right out of the box without any major hitches.

Control and Flexibility: The SuprSend dashboard is particularly user-friendly. It allowed our designers and content managers to control and update content independently, which was a huge plus.

Developer Support: The developer documentation provided was clear and comprehensive, making the integration process smooth for our technical team.

Exceptional Customer Support: The SuprSend team was extremely supportive throughout the setup process. They were readily available on their Slack channels to assist with any queries or issues we encountered.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

The product is intuitive to use; I didn't encounter any significant drawbacks during my usage.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

in-app inbox, feed, email notifications

  ### 20. Advanced notification system from get go

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atishay J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2024

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

Everything you need to build customer-first notifications is provided out-of-the-box. We are able to improve notification experiences with ease.

We use their workflow engine, preferences and notification center.
Platform is easy to integrate and test, and is extremely stable.

Developer documentation and support is top notch.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

There are many concepts (as it is an infra layer). But once you understand them, they all fit in like building blocks, and you can design any complex notification usecase with ease.

SDK for Ruby on Rails is not there, but we ended up consuming their APIs directly.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending customer centric notifications was an important part of our product experience. SuprSend has provided us with multi-channels, templates out of code, batching, preferences, and notification center.
We are leveraging all the capabilities one by one, without having to do development at out end.

  ### 21. Intuitive documentation and quick feedback/support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

Easy setup of templates, workflows, integration, and vendors! The documentation really helped a lot and even if we need some help Suprsend team are keen on supporting us on our challenges.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

Nothing really, I wouldn't say missing features would be something to dislike.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending out notifications in multiple channels may it be realtime or scheduled

  ### 22. Powerful notification system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2024

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

SuprSend’s workflow engine is incredibly powerful. We’ve set up multi-step notifications that would have been time taking to build on our own. The batching and digesting features are great to reduce notification overload.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

The setup and configuration process initially takes some time. But they have embeddable components to make it faster to go live.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuprSend has enabled us to create a sophisticated, multi-channel notification system without having to build it from scratch. We also notify our customers within our frontend app with SuprSend's in-app notification center. This has saved us a lot of development time and provided a quick launch to market. The features for batching and digesting notifications have helped us avoid overwhelming users, which has improved satisfaction and engagement.

  ### 23. Easy integration and great cutomer support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronald P. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2024

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

We are using the in-app inbox to send notifications to our SAAS users. Our developer said the integration with SuprSend was very easy and when he had questions their customer support was very responsive and helpful in clearing up any confusion we had.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

No real dislikes. I think in the future they may want to think more about the user interface for admins, think about simple tasks that an admin might want to do -like adding a subscriber to a list manually. Their API is super solid and simple. They will need to think about that same concept in the admin interface.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notify users of our Saas about...

- new features
- new webinars
- new blog posts
- asks for testimonials
- asks for referrals
- asks for feedback

  ### 24. Powerful abstraction layer for notifications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2024

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

The fact that developers just need to call one API and then build notification logic, templates, and configure channels on SuprSend, instead of in code, was much needed abstraction for the mess notifications created in code.
On top of APIs and dashboard, SuprSend also provides embeddable components that we can just drop in our website, and adjust to our designs, and we are good to go.
Documentation is neat, support is really good, and logs are very helpful. Implementation was smooth.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

For now, all of our usecases get solved. We would like to see user segmentation capability, so we can centralize our marketing notifications too.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We knew of the challenges notifications become from our first project. So we decided to build on third party form the start. It saves tons of development effort, increases visiblity, accelerates time to market and what not. Will 100% recommend using SuprSend for managing notifications.

  ### 25. Most Promising and Leading Notification Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2024

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

1. Event based notification architecture decoupling workflow executions from event source.
2. Multiple notification channel management in one place
3. Inbox experience out of the box
4. Super supportive post sales support
5. There costs are very competitive.
6. Ease of implementation
7. Analytics available on the platform itself.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

None that I am aware of at the moment. All good

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. A quick out-of-the-box inbox experience improved our customer experience.
2. All multichannel vendor management comes in one place.
3. Backend infra is freed from managing all of this ourselves.
4. We just push notifications to one of our AWS topic and our customers get it 100%.

  ### 26. Best in class preference management module

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarthak B. | Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

Us being a management tool for schools, meant that there were a lot of notifications going out to our customers. Now as we solve for multiple use cases and have too many modules, there were naturally a lot of different types of notifications with varying degree of importance too. Our customers were requesting for a preference management solution so they could unsubscribe from notifications they didn't find important. There were also requests for sending a few notifications immediately and others as digests. SuprSend's inbox notifications along with preference management system provided us with a quick go-to-market solution without writing code. We compared SuprSend with other tools, and some of them were missing multi-tenant notification preferences, and others were providing only APIs, we fould only SuprSend's solution to be complete.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

Nothing as such, we got things delivered as promised. A little delay was there then the original estimated time, though it was still very quick.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their preference management solution is of top-notch quality. Our customers, their internal and external stakeholders can opt-in / opt-out of notifications from a simple UI, making it a strong value prop for our product.

  ### 27. Created multiple notification channel workflows in a day without looping devs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike S. | Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

As we rapidly added new users to our platform, we were experiencing a new phenomenon of encountering diverse use cases for notifying them about specific things. Since coding it in our notifications would have made it less flexible for product managers, we decided to ship with SuprSend's notification stack. My team created multiple workflows just in hours, and the best part, they got deployed successfully, with very little devs involvement.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

I would like the workflows to support multi-step journey. It would save us from making multiple workflows with the same event trigger

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuprSend helped us to provide flexibility for our notification usecases. We do not go to engineers for editing notifications, analytics, or even for debugging. A great templating engine that supports personalization.

  ### 28. Out-of-box inbox functionality is superb

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raghav V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

SuprSend's React inbox literally saved more than 3 weeks of my team's developmental efforts which would have gone on to build it internally. All the backend implementation, front end designs, types of inbox messages with custom click handlers, is provided out of the box.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

No cons as such, but if they can support different team roles on their side, it would be remove more code from our side.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The real time in-app inbox with custom properties coupled with batching support is an amazing out-of-box feature that every B2B company can implement.

  ### 29. Flexible system to handle notifications the way we imagined

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manaar J. | Product Manager, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

The agility and flexibility it provides is too good. We easily configured all our notification channels and set up an App Inbox in our app and website. This has been especially helpful in ensuring that our messages are delivered to our users in a timely manner, regardless of the channel they are using.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

Ability to download analytics in csv will be good

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of notifications across multiple channels. We had built our own notification engine, and it was demanding a lot of features constantly. So we decided to build our notification engine on SuprSend. Creating notifications now and experimenting with them is very quick now, and it has freed up a lot of our dev's time. Another thing is the platform's ability to handle channel routing and vendor fallbacks. We have had instances in the past where our notifications failed and we were left scrambling to get it back up and running. With SuprSend, we no longer have to worry about such instances.

  ### 30. One central platform for all things notifications. Love it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pawanpreet S. | Product & Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

Being a scaling brand, we had a requirement to send notifications across cross-users. SuprSend made it super easy to control these cross-user notifications from a single trigger just by one API integration. The user interface was straightforward and made it simple to turn notifications on and off, switch vendors and test out new features. I like the real-time analytics and logging - they're super helpful for understanding what's going on and making data-driven decisions.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

I don't have much to complain about. But there was a time when sending one-time campaigns was a bit of a hassle. But, I reached out to the team and they got on it right away. Now, we have a complete notification stack that covers everything we need.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuprSend solved a big pain point for us by having all our notifications in one place. Our users have different notification preferences and SuprSend made it easy for us to manage them all in one spot. This not only saved us time, but it also improved the user experience and boosted our conversions. I'd highly recommend SuprSend to any marketplace company looking to streamline their notification process.

  ### 31. Have reduced lot of dependancy on developer team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaibhav B. | Founding Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

This is exactly what kind of product as a designer/product manager I was looking for in the market. I can compose my own notifications and emails and send them to my users without intervention from Developer. We have also set up seamless process for setting up transaction notifications on Suprsend. It's pretty much daily used product of ours. Very user friendly and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

There are few use cases that our team has suggested to Suprsend team, which will make it a complete product. But apart from that, I think it's super useful. The team is also prompt with any developer support we need during the usage.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think they are helping companies to build notification systems very seamlessly. A lot of time at the company goes into managing notifications to different sets of users across multiple formats. A broken notification means broken communication, which in turn hurts your retention. And Suprsend is helping us solve that problem.

  ### 32. Added slack and app inbox channel with multiple templates in 1 day.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasiia T. | PR & Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

We originally had email notifications, but there was a constant customer request to add new channels. We decided to go for slack and app inbox notification channel, which got added in just 1 day. We created workflows, segmented users on queries, their template engine was robust, integrated our providers using the API key, and ran messages in sync with other channel.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

Nothing specific, the product is well made. Frequent developments are going with feature requests, but that's with every startup.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding new channels in our initial notification module was sort of not our focus, as our product was scaling and needed our efforts there. Hence we were looking for a plug-and-play tool, which could basically do these tasks with a fallback mechanism in place. Needless to say, the ease of administration for SuprSend made overall work easier for our development team.

  ### 33. Highly configurable notification stack, easy to setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

Incredibly easy to integrate notifications into our system. As a developer, I appreciate the ease of setup, with SDKs readily available, documentation that is easy to understand, and quick support that ensures we get up and running fast. Additionally, the flexible App Inbox has been a great way for us to keep our users engaged with our platform.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

I would love to see more integration with other data source platforms. They have integrations with Mixpanel and Segment right now.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We integrating SuprSend's SDK once in code, and the rest of configurations are easily possible on their intuitive dashboard. Devs are not involved in template management anymore. Plus the platform has extremely capabilities that we didn't have to build in-house, like vendor fallback, channel routing, batching notifications, app inbox

  ### 34. Seamless and Easy to integrate Notification Infrastructure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayank S. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

The visibility of every notification we push through suprsend is a fantastic feature. The visibility into notification logs and analytics is real-time so it helps us figure out issues with our notifications very quickly. The platform was extremely easy to integrate across all of our tech stacks and we were able to complete the entire integration in a couple of hours.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

We wanted a way to run queries and execute notifications from suprsend platform itself, The team has recently developed Bifrost as a way to be able to do that by connecting to our database but we haven't explored that feature yet.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A seamless way to send multi-channel notifications, we were able to engage with users across multiple channels with zero code changes. The analytics, failure, and bounce reports also help us quickly understand which engagement methods are working best with our users

  ### 35. Powerful app inbox native to our product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naman S. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

We generate a lot of cross-user activity notifications, which is important from the user engagement perspective. However, we can't nudge the users multiple times via email or web push. We implemented SuprSend's app inbox, which is super powerful and flexible. It was up and running on our website within days. Plus we got the capability of batching, and channel routing. Definitely a 10/ 10 notification infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

It would be good to have a notification batching based on session activity, along with time-based batching.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

App inbox is a super important use case for our business, which SuprSend solved without any hiccups. They trump in build vs buy factor really well.

  ### 36. Effortless and powerful notification infrastructure!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul S. | Sr. Director, Product Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

Quite a lot of things to like about Suprsend!

1. One of the only players to serve the B2B2C market where one can customise the templates with branding (logo, domain name, etc.)
2. Super simple integration and fast go live
3. Advanced notification experience e.g. grouping
4. Super useful in no code experiments using tools like Webflow (trigger via Zapier!)
5. User preferences management
6. Amazing highly committed team!

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

There really isn't much to dislike but more customisations in the data reporting dashboard will be helpful for PMs to track performance.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuprSend takes over the headache of building, managing and scaling your notification infrastructure (e.g. transaction confirmations, critical updates, etc.) while helping take a clear step jump in terms of the notification experience for end users!

  ### 37. Great for setting push notifications in no time with the workflow creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rupal S. | CEO and founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

Our initial notification module was developer heavy, and took time. SuprSend easily replaced our transactional notifications module particularly for push notifications with their Java and React SDKs. Top of that we also did Segment integration in no time with just the API key. Definitely ease of admin is there saving development resources.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

Would like to see more of providers in the push notification category.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling notification infrastructure is hard. Creating triggers and workflows, managing templates, then hoping provider doesn't default in our serving regions, it's tricky. SuprSend helped us manage everything out of the box, while also doing some customisations for our need in push and SMS notifications.

  ### 38. Saved too much development time and increased reliability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pawankumar B. | Senior Product Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

As a developer, I love that SuprSend made it incredibly easy for us to implement notifications and messaging into our platform. The integration process was a breeze and the SDKs were well-documented. We also appreciated the flexible App Inbox and simple, thoughtful APIs.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

It's been a smooth experience so far....

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Dhan, one of our main challenges was implementing a reliable and robust system for transactional and personalized engagement notifications. SuprSend has been a game changer for us in this aspect. With the ability to have fallback options for vendor failures and auto-routing, we can trust the system to handle the heavy load of trading and investment alerts. This has saved us a significant amount of developer bandwidth and allows us to focus on other critical areas of the platform.

  ### 39. I recently started using SuprSend for my product notification infrastructure. Makes things easy.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayaz L. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

SuprSend is super easy to use. Even though I'm not a tech-savvy person, I was able to quickly get the hang of it. The setup process was a breeze and the user interface is clear and intuitive. I also appreciate the helpful customer support team who are always quick to respond and easily able to help me out with any issues I have.

The features of SuprSend are really great. It's great to have the flexibility to customize notifications and set up automated emails. I've found that the automated emails are really effective in helping me reach my target audience.

All in all, I'm really happy with SuprSend. It's been a great help in improving my product's notification infrastructure, and I would definitely recommend it to other businesses.

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

They are in starting phase currently, and hence the product features are being added continuously. Although the team is very supportive, especially Gaurav who helped us setup our stack right from beginning. For anyone, looking to bring in the notification stack, contact Gaurav, he'll be very helpful during scale-up.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuprSend is an amazing B2B SaaS software that provides an innovative notification infrastructure for products. It allows companies to send notifications to their customers quickly and efficiently. The platform is incredibly easy to use, with a user-friendly interface, and offers great features such as custom templates, triggers and APIs to help companies automate their notification processes.

SuprSend has been a great help to companies in the product notification space. With SuprSend, companies can now automate their notifications, ensuring that customers are always kept up to date on the latest product information. This has been invaluable for companies who want to keep their customers informed and engaged.

Overall, SuprSend is an excellent B2B SaaS software that provides an innovative and efficient notification infrastructure for products. It is incredibly easy to use and has saved companies time and money in the product notification space. Highly recommended!

  ### 40. Powerful tool for managing complex notifications on all channels

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2023

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

1. The template builder and workflow capabilities make it easy to set up even the most intricate logic
2. One trigger for email and push
3. Very detail analytics
4. Error reporting and real time logs has increased deliverability

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

I cannot edit template name, or archive a template. With time, there are so many templates created. Team is saying they will work on it.

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All our product notifications were setup on SuprSend in no time. I am able to put conditions and logics in templates and workflows without involving developers, and I am able to schedule multi-channel notifications just by writing SQL queries on top of database. With the ease of experimentation, and auto-routing between channels, we are constantly seeing improvements in user engagement.

  ### 41. Best notifications tool for startups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yev R. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about SuprSend?**

Last year I coded 4 sstartup MVPs from scratch and Suprsend made a difference between spending a week setting up notifications and spending 1 day. With suprsend I can spend more time writing business logic and less time configuring boring stuff

**What do you dislike about SuprSend?**

I would enjoy having more analytic features like A/B testing to measure and compare the performance of notifications across different notification channels

**What problems is SuprSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suprsend is soling a problem of setting up and managing notifications infrastructure. Imagine if you can setup notification once and then forget about it forever. You wanna change something? No problem, do it right from UI. Now you don't need developers to configure notification and changing notifications channels
