Support is much better than it was in the past. The team is extremely professional and helpful, within the limits of what the software can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SupplyPro GM? Scheduling is all over the place and requires too many workarounds just to accept work orders and get them into the proper date range. The software didn’t build on the success of the old tool. The mobile app lacks almost every feature that would add value; it needs the ability to accept work orders and complete work orders, and it also needs a tab for “All Work Orders.” Overall, the Supply Pro GM software adds time and frustration to our day instead of saving time. I find SupplyPro GM easy to use and appreciate that it provides organization for jobs and documents. I love that it has a great support team that's always available to help if we need it. I also value the customization features that let each user tailor their view to see the features they need. The support team has been extremely helpful during the transition, even reaching out to ask how the program is working and making changes to accommodate our needs. We use SupplyPro GM to manage our day to day operations, and it has made a big difference in staying organized and efficient. Before using it, tracking jobs, schedules, and communication was time consuming and sometimes confusing. Now everything is in one place, which saves us time and reduces mistakes.
