My company was spending hours upon hours disputing chargebacks and price discrepancies with Amazon. SupplyPike took the process from hours to mere minutes - and with much better results. Their site is so incredibly easy to learn and use, and I'm able to see valuable data and generate reports for my CEO quickly and easily. From the beginning of the set-up process to answering and following up on any questions I had, Supply Pike never hesitated and are always reachable. It has been over a year, and I still meet with Teresa Lea every month. Her experience and knowledge are noteworthy. She is an invaluable asset to Supply Pike, patient with my numerous questions and concerns. Such as when we first started, we had manual work to do after auto-dispute ran. Now they have improved further with automating the redisputes which increased win rates even more.
