The customer service is great. Any question I have had has been delt with promptly and in a very professional manner. With Supply Pike, deductions do not have to be closely tracked or monitored. They handle all the heavy lifting with disputing Walmart deductions and tracking areas of improvement for my business. I love how supplypike easily summarizes your deduction data and basically allows you to create a new profit center within your business to win back a lot of chargebacks and fines that went overlooked or were extremely complicated to dispute directly through a retailers portal. But every now and then a connection to this portal has been an issue and manual uploading has been required.
