"Seamless and necessary in Supply Chain"

What do you like best?

Easy to use even when just starting out. I have used other programs that were so complicated and couldn't do half of what I can with this one. Even with a basic level of knowledge I was able to quickly maneuver through.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see that changing a shipping address be a little easier, but that may be from the company side and the use of the directory.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Level of support received is great and timely ticket resolution.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Seamless transaction and being able to provide information to end users.
