**What do you like best about Supplier.io?**

The platform provides a comprehensive and user-friendly solution for managing supplier diversity and procurement processes. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to access and analyze data on diverse suppliers. This has helped us make informed decisions and strengthen our supplier diversity initiatives. Really smooth! Supplier.io's customer support team is also impressive. They are responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions or issues we encounter.

**What do you dislike about Supplier.io?**

While the platform is comprehensive, new users may find it initially overwhelming. A more streamlined onboarding process or additional training resources could be helpful. The mobile experience could be improved to offer more features and better usability for users who need to access the platform on the go.
