There is a lot of turnover and your experience is heavily impacted by the project managers you work with. If you have an outstanding account rep, your project will be easily completed. But on the flip side, if you have a project manager who frequently does not understand what you are looking for, it can become a frustrating experience.

Another pain point is that there are times when the quality of work heavily relies on the designer your project is assigned to. Our workload isn't consistent so it's sometimes hard to manage use of our monthly hours. The unused hours do rollover monthly. They do a great job keeping me up to date on how many hours we've used, but within the team sometimes we have to manage who is able to use them if we've had a busy month.
