We don't think it works well for us to give a truly broad idea and just say come back to us. We often feel like we need to be much closer and detailed on what we need in order to feel things are successful. Also--the fact that SS can give us ideas on UX/UI or campaigns but can't necessarily execute on those ideas/designs is a point of friction that holds us back from developing things. **Recommendations to others considering Superside:** Superside is great if you have the capacity to implement the good ideas they bring. They are conscientious in breaking down SOWs, asking questions, and vetting projects. They have warm, talented, professional, and adept personnel on their team. They always aim to please. **What do you dislike about Superside?** There is nothing I "dislike" about SS. But if I were to wish for an upward swing on anything (and speaking here from experience) ... it would be to have a bit more accessibility in moments of urgent need. That is not to say that SS does not bend as best possible to meet our needs ... because they do! It's more of an overarching 'wishlist' ask for many in our industry ... when "HOT" projects come in with inopportune windows to get them done. Though a RARE occurrence ... SS has delivered assets that can be different from what was requested. Knowing that I can send something to them and have that mental load off my plate is invaluable. **What do you dislike about Superside?** There is a lot of turnover and your experience is heavily impacted by the project managers you work with. If you have an outstanding account rep, your project will be easily completed. But on the flip side, if you have a project manager who frequently does not understand what you are looking for, it can become a frustrating experience. Another pain point is that there are times when the quality of work heavily relies on the designer your project is assigned to. If your project is assigned to someone who does not understand your branding or the request, you can end up doing more edits than anticipated. **What problems is Superside solving and how is that benefiting you?** Superside is able to help in all areas of our marketing team with ease. When our team doesn't have the resources to handle a project we loop in Superside and they can crank it out in less than 24 hours! When timelines are exceptionally tight and don't allow for feedback/revisions (ex: sub 24-hour turn) Superside provides multiple design options so we can pick the best option and run with it. **What do you dislike about Superside?** Superside's specialty is speed and army-sized team power. I think a natural consequence of prioritizing speed and rapid hiring can be sub-par quality. When the quality bar has not been high, we've talked to our account manager and they have adjusted our designated team and the quality of design went up so I know there are talented designers at Superside. However, we don't use Superside to generate new design systems or come up with design strategies. We use Superside as a production house that can use an existing design system and crank out 40 different sized digital ads. **Recommendations to others considering Superside:** If you need a speed machine to crank out design work, Superside is for you.
